yeah but its becoming boring coz I want to atleast see one of the girls show some feeling towards Satan coz for a change the main guy isnt wimpy and I would love to see atleast some form of romance when there are so many girls. The story seems to revolve more around the two princesses than it does around Satan coz although I am not particularly fond of Harems but some form of romance will make this manga into a really good one

I'm actually... disappointed that it hasn't gone to typical harem fare despite the awesome politics the island employs.

Why?

I mean there's an island of A THOUSAND GIRLS on it (if I read the first two chapters right). Why are zero of them interested in the only two important guys we've seen so far?

You may not like but for others like me, we enjoy it cause its a new twist in an old type of story.

You cant have a serious plot with a 1000 girls harem... and remember there were ppl on the insland before the girls were sent there and more and more refugees are getting there from all over the world. At the moment we have 2 princesses on to him in less than 20 chapters... it woudnt be strange if the harem grew bigger later on ^^

I agree with Sin Ansem. I mean I like the story and all but how come none of the girls are interested in Satan?
@incube, that is the problem, not even the two prinesses have shown the slightest bit of interest in him. They dont have any feeling of love for Satan whatsoever and that slightly pisses me off about this manga. All that nation building is fine but its getting boring

They are all girls who lost their lives just because of the existance of Maoh. They all hated him and he's not really making them love him.

He passed the responsibility of the nation to the Princesses and if the people on the island have someone to love, its definitely the both of them.

He has an extremely bad reputation even though they learnt its not completely true. But he is the demonking, the devil himself in the eyes of all the women. Do people just fall in love with the devil so easily?

But he has already proved himself that he is a good guy. Especially the two princesses should know it more than anyone else coz its clear he deeply cares for both of them and the island's people

I reckon it's supposed to be built upon. I wouldn't take this Manga seriously if say the princesses (or even the female citizens) found out early on Satan was a good guy & then fall head over heels for him.

I also notes that The demon king was not interested in any of the girls :S Also who is that person on the painting? which can be seen in chapter 1. A former lover who passed away? or what?

Chapter 17 was really strange and confusing... i mean i kind of prepared myself for something repetitive when i read the title but it got too repetitive -.- The worst chapter till now ...

That's the point.
Although I do admit that it could have been done better, I think this chapter did a pretty good job of setting the mood.

Yeah chapter 17 was the worse for me too ...... the story don't move ..
