i would like to see Blue Drop completed *by Genjo* (or anyone with accurate translation).
also: Mouryou no Hako. it's so miserable of me to be unable to figure out what they say.

I'm seconding Mouryou no Hako, it's a shame that one of the best shows from last year wasn't finished.

Sukipawa released it about a week or so ago.
I'd also really love to see the last episode of Blade of the Immortal subbed.

Count me in for Mouryou no Hako. I spent years learning Japanese and I still can't understand what they're saying (T-T) Too much religion/philosophy/theoretical stuff being said in there but I still like it for some reason.

Norikumi will finish Mouryou once the BDs are out... they were supposed to come in April, but sadly, the date recently listed by Amazon is May 22.

Do they already have the translations done? Or are they planning to do that once the BD are out as well?

Just went to Norikumi's page, and apparently their translator left, so they can't finish MnH unless they find a new one. Aero is effectively dead but their translator mentioned that he may do it.

Good luck finishing SSR, I really regret never finishing that.

Oh, and when you're done with Splash star don't forget to finish Yes Pretty Cure 5 and Yes Pretty Cure 5 Gogo...
"Official successor"? I'm flattered, especially since it was your work on SSR that made me like the show so much in the first place and influenced the way I've TLed and edited later episodes. Splash Star is on the back burner for now, but I know someone who's willing to help me with timing the most tedious part of the process. I don't know about Pretty Cure 5 and Pretty Cure 5 Gogo... but maybe I'll move on to some other long-stalled Magical Girl show like Mermaid Melody.

And in other SSR news, another group has stepped forward to help with encoding, distribution, and other tasks. So all the patient fans can look forward to about 7 more subbed episodes in the near future.

Let me post yet another plea that someone complete Mouryou no Hako. I had hopes that Shinkun and Aoi would complete it, but I've become much more pessimistic as the months have passed.

THIS.

For the love of god, there's only one episode left.

For Mouryou no Hako, Shinkun is rather busy to translate it. So don't really expect any releases in the near future. But now at least, he's back for Les miserables.
P.S. For hako, the difficulty of the language they are using is pretty difficult, even with love, that can't be solved.

The big ones for me:

- Nurse Angel Ririka SOS: I'm desperate to see this one finished!
- Mama is a 4th Grader
- Minky Momo (both TV series and the rest of the OAVs)
- Yes! PreCure5

Can you tell I'm a magical girl fan?

Mama is probably gonna be resumed by SD project somewhere in the future.

I'll see what I can do with this one after I finish Splash Star. No guarantees, though.

And Ririka technically is finished; you just have to get LQ VHS-rips for eps beyond what AH has released.

I WANT to do it, but I can't get the raws. I managed to get raws for episodes 22 and 31, but that's it. I can't start the project if I don't find raws.

Well it appears these issues got resolved because we now have not one, but two subbed versions of the final episode of Hako, one from Shinkun and Aoi. Thanks to them, and to seizonsha, whose version of this episode suddenly fell off the face of the planet!

I admit that, despite lobbying hard for this episode to be subbed, I have yet to watch it. I started rewatching the whole series from around episode seven and haven't reached thirteen yet.

I must say I'd also like to see it subbed faster, but it's not really stalled.
