I believe thats the singers name... Niira Etsuko

新良 can be read as Niira, and 工ツ子 is Etsuko.

The name of the UMG8 song is シナスタジア, which means Synesthesia.

I know that the Umineko Motion Graphics are made by fans but just how close are they to the original creator of the series? Judging by what they chose to focus on in the vids it seems like they knew exactly who really is who and what they did in spite of there still being novels at the time they were made.

It's really amazing, can't wait to see it animated if it's going to be. How did you make it by the way, are they just drawn? They look like 3D models to me.

Those ones are traced over the original Bad Apple video and redrawn to be Umineko characters.

I did it in SAI.
