Dangit, there was this anime short supposedly being revealed at some convention or something. It's fairly new. There was a trailer out for it, and it looks and feels VERY similar to Tweeny Witches/Mahou Shoujo Tai Arisu. One of the girls had a pointy nose in some of the scenes. I KNOW I saw in on ANN recently, but I can't seem to find it. Any guesses? A youtube link to that trailer would be great =03.

Not anime related, but the thread does have games in the title, so...

There was this game I played years ago (a demo version only, though) that I can never remember the title of. The plot was extremely simple: you're a monster hunter climbing a very tall tower full of monsters to reach the villain waiting at the very top. Each stage was a single floor of the tower - very simple 2D maps fitting inside a single screen, reminiscent of the old school Bomberman labyrinths and the like. Each monster would have a single specific weapon type that could kill it e.g. spray can bottles for carnivorous plants or silver bullets for werewolves, so you had to pick up the right weapons and kill all the monsters on a given floor to proceed further.

The most characteristic part of the game was that should you run out of time for a given floor, a huge green unkillable centipede-dragon-like monster would appear on the floor (and usually kill you within a few seconds, invincible as it was).

If anyone happens to remember the game, I'd be glad for the help. The existence of a completely unrelated but much more popular "Monster Hunter" franchise makes it very difficult to find anything via Google.
