How about him being a semi-autistic savant? Arthur does exhibit some signs of autism (e.g airheaded and living in a separate world in his mind and mapping it into reality) and he does has moments where he is acutely aware of certain situations and he just demonstrated his awareness of the memes used deep into the millions of the pi number.

The back of ogun is so weird... but he is really op. Juggernout seems to be a mysterious creature and three chapters in a row without tamaki fanservice.

Ogun is seriously OP. Not to the point of being able to damage a demon, but the animation made it clear he's very powerful. There was also that comment by Tamaki about him being able to draw out as much power as the 1st division captain for a short while too, of course. And yeah, Tamaki still hasn't had any "accident". China censorship strong.

Well if nothing else this episode was important for further answering questions. Now to see where we go from here.

I don't know if that Amaterasu girl started out crazy or was driven there from her situation. The level of sanity in those that possess an adolla burst is pretty shaky. But no doubt I can't blame her present anger. All the more so if she really was tricked into heading in there and being used as a battery. Wouldn't be bad to save her...if there's anything left in there to be saved.

Not a real shock that religion would end up being mostly fabricated. Of course now the question is there about where this all goes. There is so much getting between the main cast and the Evangelist. Just building cooperation between their fellow units is hard. Their very religion may be just a restraint imposed by the Evangelist.

So from chapter 1 holy light to chapter 2 amateratsu they forgot to mention that the creation of amateratsu requires a sacrifice. Yup normal corrupt anime religion alright.

Since the OP showed them fighting, I wasn't expecting Benimaru and Joker to team up instead, although they could still fight later on. Benimaru did warn him.

I'm going to presume thanks to the OP that Benimaru isn't dead...Can somewhat foresee that Joker will go a bit too far at some point and Benimaru will feel the need to pull him back through force.

No issues with things getting a bit extreme though. The end result of finding out the truth about the Amaterasu is just to sit on it for a few years. They do know a person is actively being burned up to create energy in there right? I suppose it's very likely there's no saving that girl regardless. But...kind of justifying her resentment when an organization about saving lives doesn't seem to care about human sacrifices.

Pretty sure the Evangelist destroying the world will disturb the public a whole lot more than dropping some truth on them...

If you think they wouldn't burn even more people to maintain Amaterasu, you're pretty optimistic.

Well is obvious that benimaru is alive, because joker is right on he being lame, seriously to fall against a guy with that haircut?, that man screams mid-boss that nobody cares.
