Given that Izuru had experience as a VN/eroge writer, the merchandise success of IS would attract quite a few options if he decides to go back and write a VN. In fact, I felt that IS would fare better as a VN than an LN (though I only played Lost Colors and Clannad)

I agree with this. I'd enjoy playing said VN that's for certain. [as long as I didn't have to go the Houki route first to get to the others, or unlock the Chifuyu route!] On the rest of the issue. It's sad that things fell apart, these novels were a guilty pleasure of trashy novel to read. (thanks Teh_Ping for all the hard work translating) |

Wow. Just.....................wow.
I don't mean to be self-centered, but I notice that this happens to a lot of the stuff I like. Kannagi's mangaka had/has health issues that caused an extended hiatus. Zero no Tsukaima's author also has health issues. Kaze no Stigma's author died an early death in the middle of the novel series. Jinki keeps getting transfered around different publishers, causing the plot to feel like a jigsaw puzzle because of the constant jumping around publishers. Now Infinite Stratos is dead too? UGH.
