^ That's assuming he is willing to change positions.
I agree. Anyway, the lastest on this situation is that a arrest warrant will be issued for Aaron Hernandez sometime today or this week end. The charge is obstruction of justice only, for now.

If this keeps going, I have a feeling Hernandez is going to be let go. I don't think he committed the crime, but instead he's covering for someone. He could still be charged for obstruction of justice. Losing Hernandez would be a huge blow to the Pats offense. Injured Gronk, Hernandez legal troubles, and an unproven WR group led by Danny Amendola who is injury prone. The only good thing is that the backfield is still intact. The secondary is still in bad shape and only used 2 third round draft picks to help improve it. I say start Adrian Wilson or Steve Gregory and grab Kerry Rhodes off free agency to take the other safety spot. Move McCourty backed to CB opposite Aqib Talib. I like him there more than SS.

Recent update for the legal situation of the NFL concerning Maurice Jones Drew and Aaron Hernandez.
Reports and statements from Aaron Hernandez's attorney indicated that the report surrounding the arrest warrant against Aaron Hernandez for the obstruction of Justice is false. On Monday, Police Investigators dragged and searched for evidence in Aaron Hernandez's pond. No evidence is found, but investigation is still ongoing. Maurice Jones Drew is reportedly not charge with any arrest. He will presumed his rehab recovery and plans to return and fully recovered for training camp. Sadly, he is confirmed to be overweight. Video of the alleged assault of restaurant security have been release. |

^ That must be great news for Jacksonville Jaguars fans'. But the news that Drew, is overweight, yeah, not so much.
So the situation surrounding Aaron Hernandez, continues then. Sources following this situation, have reported that; Quote:

Just about to report that as well. Tom Brady lost one of his best weapons. Wonder who is going to replace him now. I don't know the guy personally, but this is a disappointment. He is making millions, he has a nice home, a nice career, and is a well known player. Now, while the defense and trials haven't started yet so we don't know what is going to happen to him, but the arrest alone and suspicions will haunt him for life even if he haven't done anything.

Tebow. Just feed him a line about this being God's will or some such.
All joking aside, it is pretty crazy that analysts have been calling for him to switch to TE for years, gets picked up by the Pats, and then this happens creating an ideal opening for a TE. |
