Hyoton is a Bloodline limit, as such the jutsu using this special Elemental Manipulation do not have ranks.

Long story short, we don't know.

It is strongly unlikely that Pein is able to use combination elemental jutsus. The 6th element is described as "light and darkness" and is used to explain the Nara shadow abilities and Akimichi Size/mass abilities. So, the 6th element seems to deal with what is known as hijutsus, or non-bloodline specialized jutsus. But, some mokuton abilities are also known as hijutsus (Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Kotan ~ Wood Release Secret Technique: Birth of Dense Woodland). So, their is a likelyhood that Pein could use combination jutsus. Right now, it is left up to debate untile we actually see a full scale Pein fight.

That being said, Pein hasn't used any ninjutsu yet, so we cannot trully say that Pein can use all 6 elements until he actually is seen using any of the elements.

The only clan we have ever seen that the kekkai genkai gene is entirely dominant is the Hyuuga bloodline limit. Both the Uchiha clan and the Kaguya clan were known for their bloodlines, but both clans had a hard time actually birthing children with the ability to use their respective bloodline abilities (the Kaguya were far worse off than the Uchiha). So, it is possible that the kekkai genkai gene is not dominant. Then again, it is possible that the husband, in each failed interaction, had a defect that made it impossible to adequetly pass on the dominant gene.

In the end, this is probably something that Kishimoto did not think that much about (i.e. he did not go into the specifics of why some get the bloodline, but others do not).

That seems possible and most likely (though the continued seperation from the clan would result in the loss of the Byakugan, or at least a change (which could be how the Sharingan was formed (if the Sharingan comes from the Byakugan))). And, it is what the NarutoxHinata fans want .

I`ve noticed that Orochimaru often uses women`s speech - he puts `wa` at sentence finals and always refers to himself using `watashi` (well,okay, in tis case maybe he`s just being polite).

Is Uzumaki Kushina still alive? I mean there was no real evidence that she is dead and there is no evidience that she is alive. The people never talk about her and it seems like she could be alive though no one said she was dead.

There's no confirmation that she's dead at this point. Outside of her introduction, there's been no information released about her at all. People are free to assume whatever they like, but there's no information to substantiate her current status.
