Well, it's rather clear that throughout the last 13 episodes that there are idols that has gotten preferential treatment over others...

Miki, Iori and Makoto for one, are clear favourites of the team.

After them are Chihaya and Haruka. ( may be part of the upper trio, depending on your perception )

The rest of the idols are in the safe category where they don't really exhibit much volatility in their character moments. I'd rank Yukipyon dead last though.

I gave Yukiho special mention of her being dead last because my internal ranking has her at :

*> Kotori > Yukiho's wink > Yukiho.

Though even then, I highly doubt the good 100s of people could perfectly synchronize. There should still be some noise and outcasts outside of the synchronized groups. Like in the video posted above.

I agree, I can understand them syncing to a certain point but to perfect harmony without missing a pitch? Very unlikely...unless ofcourse there was something displayed on the huge monitor over the stage to get the audience to match their timing...which there wasnt, during the song it was displaying the names and silhouettes of the girls.

Yes, now I'm following this show all the way to 2nd season.

Yup, I'm positive this show will a follow-up season. Just look at all the fans of the game there are, I'm still applauded by that XD

Looked like the budget in this episode was purely spent on miki's number and the group number, since the rest of the episode seemed to be made up of stills

Definitely one of the better episodes, since it finally felt like I was watching a show about Idols .

Damn, shame that Takane's performance got cut off too. I want to hear the rest of it, since it sounded pretty good from that short segment.

LOL, TTGL+iM@S, yeah. Lets not forget that in episode 8 there was an awfully familiar face. (the guy fighting Makoto in China town)

Though I agree with you saying that Miki or Takane would have been a good choice for the song but you also have to consider the fact that Ritsuko singing it is far more..."unique". Lets not forget that Ritsuko "was" an idol...though I'm sure before the series ends she'll step onto the stage atleast one more time as an idol, thats a given.

Oh, and I dont know why people are talking about love interests in iM@S. Not gonna happen. Its even vague in the games, not gonna happen in the anime. IF any at all then its only going to be Makoto x Yukiho in Kotori-san's naughty mind.
