I really enjoy Nisemonogatari, and wish it will go on forever.

However have to admit the direction is really different with Bakemonogatari (as we are reaching the last episode). Still they are predicted to sell 40k-50k if not more for Vol 1. Which is exceptionally well

Just to prove how strong the franchise is atm. (And how easy SHAFT can make money). They can just start to make OVA (about parts that they cut) and original stuffs, and sell it for another bunch of cashes at this rate

Agreed. For me bakemono is like a unique take on the usual highschool romance while nisemono is like a unique take on wincest. Highly enjoyable, but I don't think i'll remember it like bakemono.

I don't really mean the difference as school romance vs wincest.
But frankly,a whole anime sequences about the main characters and his two sisters? Even before knowing how brocon/siscon they are, with only one male character in the main cast, it's predictable that the incest theme will be strong this season anyway.


But maybe that's why Kanbaru is such a wild card. She can be shipped with any heroines, or the main character.

I'm surprised it's only 11 episodes. A few more and they would have sold another volume, lol.

We don't know about that yet.

I means maybe he always had only 1 sister (Karen). And the Phoenix just somehow tricked everyone about the existence of another. But it's more likely that his sister is dead and was replaced/merged with with the phoenix (with all the story about the scar and such)

Btw, if the phoenix really copy people like she admit. Does it mean her brocon was coming from Karen? And her over-concerning toward Karen was from Araragi (understandable)?

Edit: and her fit probably from their parents, that's why we never see them ,because their parts were cut out to prevent on-screen domestic violence
