Yeah, you could say Itachi and Deidara earn the first-rate title.

Kakashi, Shika, Haku etc. are decent, but not enough.

In my books Itachi Deidra are insanely powerful also smart . But the measure of smartness is not strength but use of brains over adversity . Its not possible to push back Itachi into a corner so the situation of Brain over Brawns ( here strength ) never arises .

And we do know smarts has nothing to do with genius

Einstein == Genius that doesnt mean he has the smarts in boxing as Don King ( Boxing Promoter ) or in buisness as Henry Ford .
