Shiba Tatsuya (Mahouka) vs. Accelerator (Index).

Accelerator would be a real challenge for Tatsuya, but even so I wouldn't put it past ONII-SAMA to find an inventive way to defeat him.

Spoiler for both series:

Tatsuya can resurrect himself time after time, while Accelerator is just a frail, mortal human once you get past his vector shield.

In the end, I guess it all depends on whether Tatsuya can spam enough attacks to overpower Accelerator and break his concentration without exhausting himself.

But then again, there is also the fact that the magic in Mahouka is different from the one in Index, and so it might be possible for Accelerator to be taken by surprise and defeated by this new, unfamiliar power, but that would be a cheap win.
