Not really suited for combat. Well, at least May isn't.

For some strange reason, I can really relate.

With May anyway.
And dkellis scores again with the down-to-earth yet still charming characters (even more that they don't have magical powers ) Halley seems to have contracted Her God Empress S*******'s gene-seed, and May is... well, May Would like to see more on these Infinite Library girls, especially May
Needs more Yuuno connection though

Anyway, very charming characters, dkellis. Good work!
Ok, 3 freaking AM in the morning and I'm posting a new chara. That's right, Angela joins the forum ! Expect the profile on Hiro very soon, I'm almost finished with him. Only need to correct a few things, finish his history and add a few attacks for the entire 'Blue Flame Squad' to be finished
Spoiler for Angela Hale:
Name: Angela Hale Age: 15 years old Birthday: October 11th Mage Rank: AA Magic Type: Neo Belka Knight Magic Color: Yellow Triangle Elemental Preference: Lighting Squad Position: Front Attacker Height: 163 cm Weight: 68 Kg Hair Color: Platinum Eye Color: Pink Zodiac: Libra Weapons: Phoenix, Axe Defense Outfit: Knight Armor Powered Relationships: Lucas Hale: Older Brother; Risa and Hiro Nakamura: Friends Nickname: Angie
History:
Ever since she was little, Angela proved to be slightly different from other girls. She liked to hang around her brother quite a lot and preferred to learn close combat and self-defense, rather than stay put and play with dolls like it was customary. Also, she had declared since the age of 5 that she wanted to become an officer in the TSAB and keep the family tradition. Amused by the sight of their small daughter wishing to become a soldier, her parents let her be and focused more on teaching both of them the Belka magic style. She and Lucas practiced whenever they had the time to do so, getting scolded often by their parents because they often deserted their duties for the sake of practicing. When she was 9 years old, her family went on a trip to another planet in another dimension so her parents could see some old friends they had made during a certain mission in which their parents had saved said friends from a fire caused by a Lost Logia that had been lost in another mission. Once they got there, the grown ups started talking about some stuff she didn’t understand and got bored pretty quickly. Since there was nothing to do, she started to drift off to sleep when she felt someone nudging her. As she snapped out of her half asleep state, she saw Lucas, looking as bored as she was, motioning for her to follow him outside. Once out in the open, Lucas proposed that they practice their skills in a series of games “If we don’t practice, we’ll get rusty and besides, there’s nothing else to do right?” Since he had a point and she didn’t mind, she went along and they started a simulated pursuit. Lucas was very good at this, so he rapidly left Angela behind.
Growling at her lightning fast brother, she also sped up, almost hitting a tree in the process. After a while, and getting very far into the woods, Lucas stopped and adopted a combat stance. Understanding what her brother meant to do, Angela also stopped and got into a combat position, her eyes scanning the area around them quickly. Smirking at his sister’s moment of distraction, Lucas took advantage of the situation to get behind her and delivered a swift kick to the back of her knees in the hope of making her loose her footing. Instinctively, Angela jumped away from him, cursing herself under her breath for being distracted, landed on her hands and gracefully performed two back flips before regaining her balance. Smiling, she launched herself at her brother delivering a fast hit with her elbow at the spot in which he had just arrived after sidestepping her. Before she had the time to take away her arm, Lucas grabbed it and threw his sister towards a tree. She turned around and used the tree she was supposed to hit as a platform to thrust herself forwards, once again charging at her brother. After some ten more minutes of ‘fighting’ they called it quits, since they were both tired and it always ended in a draw anyway, so why bother? When they looked up, they saw a little boy and girl of about their age staring at them. “So careless” she muttered under her breath. When they explained to the gaping kids who they were, they seemed as lost, if not more, than at the beginning. Sighing, they explained about Mid-Childa, the TSAB and all about magic. After the explanations they introduced themselves. As soon as she started talking with her, she felt that she already liked Risa. Soft-spoken was something that Angela had never been, so she liked Risa because of that and, apparently, Risa liked her too. They soon became very good friends and got along very well. About two days after their meeting, Risa and Hiro were both inquiring if they could teach them magic. Thrilled, Angela accepted immediately and started planning everything as soon as Lucas also gave his approval.
They were good students and they learned quickly. Within a week, they had learned everything they needed to and Lucas decided to test them. After the test, Angela couldn’t help but to grin at their friends, proud of their progresses. Three days later though, the vacation was over and they had to go back to Mid-Childa. She and Lucas went to say good-bye to their friends only to find them smiling back at the news that they had to go. Intrigued by their smiles, the Hale siblings demanded to know what was so amusing. Giggling, Risa told them that it was a surprise and refused to say another word afterwards. Puzzled by the turn of events, the Hale siblings went back to Mid-Childa and kept training to finally take the test to enter the TSAB.
Five moths later, they took the examination for Private Third Class in the Ground Forces of the TSAB and passed with flying colors as they had hoped. Placed in ‘Temporary Squad number 146’ they were told that they needed two other members to form a proper squad and a fitting commander. Not minding one bit this news, they both enjoyed finally being part of the military, something for which they had trained all their lives. Two weeks later, they were informed that the two other members for the squad had been found and that they were to wait in the lobby to meet them. Curious about the new members, Angela paced back and forth in the foyer impatiently wondering what was taking them so long. Her pacing stopped once she saw who was approaching. One of the sergeants was leading the beaming Nakamura siblings right at them. He introduced them and they all played along until he went away. Once alone, Risa and Angela immediately jumped each other and hugged for 5 minutes. The boys looked at them, half-amused half-mocking, and laughed at the girls’ angry faces. Four years later their squad formed officially and was renamed the ‘Blue Flame’ squad, with Officer Cassandra Ivanov as the commander and her familiar Kali as sub-commander. Since then two years have passed and she had her share of promotions from Private Second Class to Leading Private.
Personality: Angela, A.K.A Angie, is a Neo Belka Knight who aims to become a great Sky Knight. Training since the age of 5 alongside Lucas, she’s more than an opponent and the strength of her attacks must under no circumstances be underestimated. She entered the TSAB at the age of 10 and received a certain number of promotions for her successes on the field.
Angela likes to play sports on her free time. She can normally be found either playing soccer, an Earth sport she learned from Risa and Hiro, honing her skills in combat, or bickering with her brother Lucas just for the fun of it.
Carefree and a bit reckless yet serious and composed when the need arises, Angela is very reliable and likes to jump into action so she can leave the easier stuff to the rest of the team. Mainly that’s the reason she chose to be the Front Attacker of the squad. She cares a lot about her friends and keeps as calm as she can so she won’t worry Lucas, whom she knows is always watching out for her, and tries her best to cover for them as much as she can, sometimes overdoing it a bit. She loves her brother very much and especially likes to tease him and bicker together.
Melee Attacks:
Leap Thrust: Jumps high into the air, turns 180 degrees and crashes down into the enemy with a powerful thrust.
Thunder Strike: Charges Phoenix with Lightning property magic and strikes away at the enemy in a series of hits while she dances around the enemy for a confusion effect.
Axe Throw: Separates her weapon in two parts and throws the part that has the blade hurling towards the enemy. She may use the remaining part as a mini-spear if she wants to.
Half-moon Slash: Thrusts the non-bladed part of her axe at the enemy and knocks him/her backwards, then strikes at him/her in a half-moon shaped slash.
Elemental Attacks:
Plasma Storm: Conjures a plasma storm that concentrates several thunder bolts that crash towards the targets in the area.
Thunder Mist: A heavy mist descends into the battlefield followed by small bolts of lightning electrifying anything near the mist.
Combined Attacks:
Arc Impulse: Hiro casts ice properties into Phoenix, while Risa casts fire magic to Firebrand, then Lucas jumps into the air and turns around in a downward motion, giving a strong slash, just as Angela slashes the enemy in a diagonal way, forming a fire and ice cross-shaped wound on the target.
Phoenix Song: As Risa plays a Nocturne that will dramatically slow down the enemy, Angela slashes them apart.
See you guys later!
As promised, the Cleric is back!
Ah... A axe wielder berserker type, which what originally a berserker was about until one red loli made a statement in hammer. Angela's just like Subaru in this aspect; in fact I won't be surprised if she and Ginga share the same operating relationship as Lucas and Angela here. Fate's a good advisor for Angela as both mage place emphasis on lightning attacks. And more combo attacks! Now I'm really tempted to come up with ones of my own, for so far my idea of synchronized attacks has been SYMMETRIKARU, DOCKINGU!
Is all four of the Blue Flame done? If so, I think their introduction in CrosyS would be around the middle, when Kyla appears, leading the carrier group as usual.

Halley's nickname of "Hurricane" is well-deserved: where Halley goes, chaos often ensues. Very occasionally, this is not of her own doing.
Blessed with an eidetic memory, Halley carefully mentally files away everything that may be of future use, which ranges from criminal fact-files to random trivia gleaned from the pop culture of hundreds of worlds. She has a particular affinity with referencing tidbits from the 97th Non-Administered World (called Earth by its inhabitants), especially its philosophers, thinkers, and product advertisements. She is highly intelligent and talented in a wide variety of fields, and has little patience for those less so.
A natural performer, Halley loves to do everything in the most dramatic manner possible, and cannot conceive of the possibility that perhaps parading around in a skimpy maid costume may not be the best use of her time, or that other people may not share her love of attention. Possessing a near-infinite reservoir of personal energy, Halley rushes from place to place like a force of nature, and in her wake, all that most people remember is that they had an absolute blast of a time, and that the cleanup is going to take a long, long time.
Nobody has ever seen Halley particularly depressed. For that matter, considering her quick temper and towering anger, nobody really wants to.
Background:
Halley's rank is one of convenience more than anything else. As the commanding officer and one half of the 8th Information Archive Retrieval unit, her job is to assist in obtaining information from the TSAB Infinite Library, or at least their particular branch of it (which is, in the way of the Library space, all one place anyway). Considering that there are other, far better staffed units doing exactly the same thing, the 8th IAR's purpose is one of redundancy.
This has not stopped Halley from making a name for herself as being a thoroughly welcome sight, at least to the male population, with her good cheer and bright smiles. By now, anyone even remotely offended by her personal brand of showcasing whatever cause she thinks is worthy at the moment has long learned to keep it to themselves, and hope that whatever she's planning will blow over soon.
Despite Halley's near-exhibitionist nature, she has never been in a serious or semi-serious relationship before. For all her antics, she has kept a very careful distance between herself and any interested parties. Politely and kindly rejecting any love confessions is one of the few times that Halley is ever wholly serious.
Armament:
Halley carries no unique Device, or indeed anything that requires any modicum of magical power to operate. Instead, she utilizes a wide array of more conventional weapons borne from purely mechanical engineering to cause her havoc. Her pride and joy is the Jammer Cannon, which is essentially a tube that can fire a variety of payloads, ranging from incendiary rounds to a simple net for capturing runners. She tinkers with it endlessly, upgrading this part and stripping another.
Halley is also an expert in several types of unarmed combat, including simply kicking the opponent where it hurts the most.

He sighed. "Why is it that I'm surrounded by weird women?"
Not really suited for combat. Well, at least May isn't.
Ah the personality to go crazy for. I remember dkellis/nighty submitting a team like that, except they weren't full references. Now I wonder how does Yuuno cope with this team. Anyway in a place that big, I think any number of Information Retrievers would be useful when t3h 1337 search engine Yuuno is out giving speeches.
After reading this post I'm tempted to pull an OC Library Exploration Club from the haremfest Negima...
Funny. Why when Rancer spoke, Chrono's voice came out...
Ya noe, hanging around this thread for all this while has turned my old "FOR KING YUUNO! THIS IS YUUNOHAAAA!!!" warcry into...
FOR GOD EMPRESS S******* H*****!!!
Her sacred presence is very strong here...
EDIT: HOLY S******* I just got a very weird brain wave...
A powerful burst of mana was detected on Earth some time ago, but it's cause was never ascertained by the TSAB. However, Saint Church had been monitoring a unique wave signature from the planet ever since, and when an archaeological dig turns up the Gospel cartridges, the extremely divine ones supposedly etched with the entire Velka Bible on a nano-scale and tempered with the God Empress' blood, the Church discovers that the signature of the mana stored in the cartridges is the exact same one as the low energy one from Earth. The 21st is sent to investigate... And the question they answer will change the path of the New Velka forever...
Since villians seem to be popular now, here's the profiles of two of them. Code-named Threshold and Pain.
Spoiler for TSAB Profile #47C6: Threshold:
Real Name: Unknown Gender: Female Age: Appears to be 10
Magical Power: B (S without limiter) Magical Style: Belkan (Assumed Neo-Belkan style) Device: None Threat Level: S+
History:
On the eleventh day of the second month of the year 0072 a small village of the name Ghast of the 7th Administered World was attacked by unknown forces. Threshold was found to be the only survivor. The nature of the attack is still unknown as Threshold has refused to talk about the incident. The TSAB has taken custody of her at that point of time. Her magical power was found to be extremely high at the time and due to her unpredictable nature, a limiter was put onto her.
On the sixteenth day of the third month of the same year, Threshold had gone missing. Search efforts ended in failure. On the first day of the next month, a team surveying a mountainous region in the northern hemisphere of the 32nd Non-Administered world encountered Threshold along with another girl of similar appearence and was quickly attacked. The team received no permanent damage from the attack but was subjected to an immense amount of pain.
The two girls appeared again on a number of times, each seemingly randomly and at seemingly random locations. They are prone to attack anybody that they encounter, including TSAB members. It is recommended that anybody who encounters Threshold to retreat immediately and report the incident to the 38th Special Investigations team.
About:
The limiter that was placed on Threshold appears to still by in place. However, she seems to have somehow learned how to distribute the effects of the limiter to others during battle, limiting thier capabilities. In battle, she is known to attach limiters to her opponents, bringing their magical power level to B. This is known to have the side effect of bringing about a large amount of pain at the same time. The limiter is released when the battle is over.
In addition, she has shown to be an expert in barrier and shield spells during combat. As all forces who attempted attack on her were subjected to the limiter, there is no known report of any attack getting through.
She was not known to talk while she was in custody, however, during the recent attacks she is known to complain about pain. The type of pain is not specified. It is unknown how this pain has came about, however it seems to be constant and consistant.
Spoiler for TSAB Profile #47C7: Pain:
Real Name: Unknown Gender: Female Age: Appears to be 10
History:
On the first day of the fourth month of the year 0072 on the 32nd Non-Administered World, Pain was first discovered and was with Threshold. During this encounter, Pain and Threshold fought and defeated the TSAB officers present.
From this time, the two appeared again and again seemingly randomly attacking anybody that they encounter. They do not kill or even cause any permanent injury to the people they attack but often inflict an immense amount of pain. It is recommended that anybody who encounters Threshold to retreat immediately and report the incident to the 38th Special Investigations team.
Her origins are completely unknown, but it is believed that she might be the sister of Threshold due to similar appearence. The two has always appeared together since Pain's first appearence.
About:
Pain is quick and powerful, often using her large scythe-type device for attack. Despite how it may look, even direct attacks with her scythe weapon don't cause any physical damage but is purely magical. In addition, she is known to often use many short and medium-range light beam attacks. Pain has yet to demonstrate capability of attacking from long ranges.
Pain relies on Threshold for defensive capabilities who seems to lack them on her own. However, due to Threshold's limiting spells, Pain often overwhelms her opponents by being at least four and half ranks higher.
As is Threshold, Pain is known to complain about pain often, although Pain is more vocal about it. She seems to also blame the other party, whoever it might be, for the pain, as well as asking them to "stop". The reasons for this are as of yet unknown.
Pain originally had a big sword, but I decided to change the weapon.

@Everyone: Thanks ^^. Yeah, I wanted to make a balanced team, so Angela is Lightning ^^. Basically that's the problem: Four characters share a history. That's why it's so hard to do it and not be repetitive or get boring. In Hiro's profile, expect even more detail on the Hale siblings' battle ^^
@Keroko: Yeah, it says in her profile her birthday is in October 11th ^^.
@ Lowe: Say whaa----? OMG Ryu looks so cool! I'm sure Ratler will like it ^^
@dkellis: Very nice chars you got there. Somehow, Halley seems to be a very fun person to have around exactly when a problem starts and it ruins the moment
@Kha: Yay for the Cleric's comeback . Ah ha ha ha . Thanks ^^. Maybe she does resemble Subaru (trying to be as original as I possibly can ). And yeah, probably Fate taught or will teach her a few things. Cass was Nanoha's student after all, so...maybe she can use that as an excuse . No no, Blue Flame is still missing Hiro, Risa's brother. Don't be too hard on me, I got school, homework and I'm almost done, so be patient!
@Meophist: More girls . I think we're high on the girl personnel no?
BTW: I'm planning on giving the team hidden combo attacks ^^.
@Meophist: More girls . I think we're high on the girl personnel no?
Well, with my own characters, I've got a 4:3 female:male ratio before the last two I just did, so it was pretty even until then. Now it's pushed up to 2:1 ratio(6 females, 3 males), which is more indicative of the show, but I guess I should make some more male characters.

Umm...no, no. I meat we all have a high girl %. Right? I'm also kind of unbalanced in that aspect (4 girls, 2 boys )
Villians are in vogue! Lets throw another into the fray. From the Mahou Josei Choir Nanoha/Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoka series comes the brutal psychic Arrancar!
Spoiler for loli Villian!:
Name: Concealed for spoilers Alias: “Arrancar” Age: 8 Birthday: September 11th Magic Rank: AAA+ Height: 159cm Weight: 32kg Hair: Short, in a bob of shimmering gold Eyes: Cannot be seen due to her mask Personality: From the encounters with Riot 6 since her sudden appearance, it seems that she has 4 distinct personalities: A solemn, androgynous protector type; A hot-headed mad beserker; A sweet, reluctant fighter; and a commanding master swordswoman. Her Armed Device can shift from mode to mode very quickly, and each personality seems to prefer one unique mode to another. Usual wear: Blue-themed goth loli. However, her Mode 2 Knight Armor release is what would one make of the MS-Girl variation of the Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second L Magic Type: Unidentified. She doesn’t appear to be able to use magic in the normal sense. Blue magic aura detected. Caster Class: Unknown.
Brief Background
The anonymous kamen goth loli, labelled by Tessa as Arrancar as her mask reminded her of those in a manga, appeared suddenly over Japanese airspace and sabotaged the cruiser carrying a shipment of Device parts for the Terran-based Mahou Shoujo Club, the public face of the Nanoha’s idea, the First RespONse Team or FRONT, teams of mages assigned to major population centres scattered across dimensions to further increase TSAB‘s speed in responding to a Lost Logia. Since then, Arrancar has been launching harassment attacks on TSAB personnel and property, raining gatling fire from blind spots or blinking inside to make a mess of the systems and/or the officers. Through incredible planning, Chrono managed to bait and bind the girl, but he least expected the mage to mind control one of his Enforcers and fire at his home below. Chrono was forced to abandon the bind and block the shot, and Arrancar got away once again.
Chrono was left shaken. Not only had she mind controlled one of the best Enforcers in his team, Arrancar had read his mind and knew where Amy was at that moment.
That taught the TSAB that Arrancar didn’t use magic per se, but she somehow specialized deep into the psionics tree of magic, one usually used for sensing and communications, such that she could launch powerful mind blasts and psychic attacks without the aid of her device. Mind tricks, telekinesis, phasing and illusions are her specialty. If she loaded a cartridge, she could move, even crush machines of considerable size, and use the fearsome Mind Control skill which even gave Nanoha the creeps when she was subjected to the attack.
She does not seem to have an aim in attacking the TSAB.
Another point of Arrancar is of her seemingly vampiric abilities. Arrancar has been recorded to bite a mage, then gain use of his/her magic for a short period of time. She can decompose herself into butterflies, then quickly reassemble herself some distance away. Despite her size and age, she can survive great wounds and return the next day unscathed. One mage has been KIA after trying to arrest her during a night attack; it seemed that she was even more powerful at night, moving at supernatural speed and attacking with relentless fury.
However, when Nanoka and Arrancar fought for the first time, the young Miko recalled having met the person before. Arrancar seemed to be more hesitant in that battle. But before anything could be cleared up, the Aces arrived and Arrancar beat it.
Except from a General Order to all FRONT Officers
Device - Aslana
This Armed Device is a 2-in-1 weapon package, comprising of 2 sword blades concealing a 4-barreled gatling gun, and stands at a good 2 meters in length from tip to hilt, dwarfing her mage.
These are pencil sketches made by Luna of Captain Teana’s Fire Squad:
Spoiler for Eyes Only:
Backpack mode
Gatling mode (with Mode 3 KA Full Metal Release)
Sword mode (with undeployed shooter mode inset)
As you can see, for a quick getaway, Aslana has a backpack form when Arrancar needs to run. Otherwise, her sword mode and gatling mode gives this mage unprecedented versatility in terms of range and attack power.
The device may be big, but the mage wields it with the agility equivalent to her holding a toothpick; It might be her psychic powers providing assisted control to her brutal sword slashes, or its just that she has superhuman strength.
The most notable point of Aslana was that she has 3 firing modes: the Safe is engaged when in sword mode, the Semi-fire mode where Aslana loads 1 cartridge at a time, and the scary Auto-fire mode, in which the Device loads several cartridges in rapid succession, and can keep going until its large magazines run dry. Arrancar’s damage output and speed shoots up to insane heights, and hence everyone runs for cover when they hear the command “LOAD CHAIN!!!!!!”. Arrancar seems visibly affected by the tremendous magic-overload stress, but it doesn’t stop her from pulling it off when she needs to. Also, with each encounter, the amount of burst mana the girl can take seem to increase...
...All personnel upon encountering Arrancar are warned not to engage, but try to observe and track her until reinforcements arrive.
Authorized:
Lt. Comm. Nanoha Scrya
Lost Property Riot Force 6 FRONT Coordinator
OMG another ***dam girl!!!
I like the description of her device. But for a goth loli vampire that uses psychic attacks to have a huge sword? That's awesome.
For some reason I think those psychic attacks make her even more powerful than my antagonists... though my characters are basically living weapons of mass destruction.

Nice character again, Fuyu! I liked the part when she met with Risa again, and hugged.
BTW, is that axe two-handed? A loli with a huge two-handed axe... *Hayate-like thumbs up*
Oh, and for having Combo Attacks: +100 points! Surely adds a lot of strategy and tactics to battles. Good stuff.

Part III is here. This time, it's a simple highlight on Saga's device and it's A.I.
Spoiler for Part III : Heart of Golden:
~Part III : Null, Daughter of Kruez~
A young girl, with a light-toned hair, donned in Knight Armor of a Belka Knight, fitted with a black inner-layer with golden trimmings and a white protective overcoat... afloat amidst a indescribable unknown civilization, with gigantic towers of steel and metal towering over and bright lights not from flames or magic illuminating the place.
The beautiful young girl, holding a golden staff adorned with a Belka cross, almost an identical twin of a device to my Schwertkreuz Null, which by nature, was a staff-blade and not a staff. She held out hers and cited a spell aimed at…something I could not see.
My visions turned to the darkness, as I remember only 2 words.
Ragnarok. Breaker.
[Meister.]
[Meister.]
My visions, blurry as they are returned, but I see is not foreign civilizations or unknown mages, but merely my self-made custom device additionally retrofitted with my own raised A.I, Schwertkreuz Null and her voice, calling out to me.
[Are you awake, Meister? You looked like you were dreaming.]
“Null, let me try something for a bit.”
I grabbed hold of Null, but unlike the usual where I held her on the handle of it, located within its surrounding edge of the golden ring, I held it like a staff, just like how the girl did, and closing my eyes, I went into a mental simulation.
I didn’t know for sure what came over me. I just felt like trying what I saw. It felt so real…like a vision. I held out Null, and tried to release Ragnarok Breaker…Nothing happened. Which should be natural, as I’ve never heard of such a spell. The closest thing I have to it is my very own crafted Tri-Heart Break, a tri-status spell which concentrates 3 beams of mass energy into a single attack. I left the simulation, and put Null back on the table, as I went ahead to drink a cup of coffee.
“Ah…so it was just a dream.”
[What was, Meister? And what was it that you did earlier, holding me like that? You’ve never touched and held me that way before, at least not when you aren’t cleaning me.]
“I had this dream…A dream of a young girl knight, wielding you…or at least something that looks extremely similar in the form of a staff and casting off a spell. It was also at some exotic location I’ve never seen, with giant towers and lights all over… I thought like trying, but in the end…it’s just a dream, I suppose.”
[…]
“What?”
[Are you sure that’s not just some half-baked excuse so that you can feel me up?]
“Wha-“
[As in “seku-hara”] (( sexual harassment ))
I spit out my coffee. Literally.
~~~
Unbeknownst to Saga and Null…Astra was using his chains to eavesdrop on the conversation between the master and device…with the entire Zerstroritter listening in. Isdera looked just as he always does, while Wira was confused. On the other hand, Astra was trying to not die from laughter at that moment.
“I wish you could cut out this bad habit of yours. Listening in to private conversations…General Saga’s of all people. Don’t you agree, Zulfiqar?” asked Isdera towards his own device, hoping for a positive response.
[….]
“Zulfiqar?”
[I need to sharpen.]
“Sharpening? But we just reinforced your blade yeste-“
[I. need. sharpening. now.]
“I can’t understand you at times. Alright.”
As Isdera left for his device’s bidding, Volkrux and Vorhang were in a conversation of their own.
[What’s up with the little bugger?]
[It’s that time of the month. You know, the time that comes every time Null rubs Zul off the wrong way, intentionally or not.]
It’s just the way things are with the Zerstroritters.
~~~
“Seku-hara!? Where did you learn that word? Do you even know what it means?”
[Astra taught me, Meister.]
“That lousy…”
“Anyway, even if I put aside the logical differences that I’m a perfectly healthy man who IS NOT having any complex towards non-human life forms while you are a A.I, world of difference there… You’re like a daughter or sister to me. Ever since 15 years ago till today, I raised you and taught you.”
[Doesn’t that make things worse? Astra mentioned stuff like sis-cons and daughter-cons as well.]
“You know what, I give up. Next time, just delete off any idiotic comments Astra feeds you.”
I sighed. To think that the little bubbling A.I that can barely speak coherent sentences 15 years ago has now learned and grown up to be such a naughty little female A.I. Yes…even before I equipped her on my self-designed Schwertkreuz Null, she had been with me for many years now with many different form of devices be it my very first storage training device to my current weapon. Schwertkreuz Null, my yellow golden blade-staff weapon, with a ring around the blade’s hilt along with sharp cross patterns around the ring. It may seem inconvenient and easy to hurt the user, but managing the use of extra blades around the held ring is important. Along with the cross pattern at the end edge of the staff-blade, Schwertkreuz Null is a peculiar form indeed to most people, since it doesn’t really serve as a middle-ground between a sword and a staff despite its looks… My main idea of its designs came from a key pattern anyway…A large-sized key for a weapon…Doesn’t exactly sound intimidating.
Null. 15 years ago, I found her as an inactive A.I in the corners of the library, without any personified data whatsoever. People…did not bother with something that would take years to reach a level where it could just be programmed so instantly, but I didn’t. I took her, raised her, and taught her books and words, adapting our styles together… It was like a transformation from a baby girl to a cheerful, obedient yet smart young girl.
To think she was being corrupted by Astra’s pick-up languages and misleading words… What horrors.
[I’ll forgive you this once, but you better promise me that you won’t play hooky too much with Zwei and Drei.]
“They’re still you…just different forms of Schwertkreuz depending on the battle needs. Besides, Zwei’s TBS Mode and Drei’s Phase Shift Guardner drains a lot of magical power, and is really not that much needed unless dire anyway.”
[Urusai!]
Is this a rebellious phase?
This is one is kinda less dramatic, and more comical as in it's interactions between Null and Saga. A war without some comedy or quirky family bonding is boring anyway.
As for what is Zwei and Drei...that comes much later when Saga's l33t fighting skills get to show itself in full form of Null, Zwei and Drei. The next one should either be the battle between Signum and Isdera that earned them their nicknames, or Saga and Reinforce's first meeting, depending on writing mood.
There's a bunch of references here too, most of which should be quite easy. :P

Spoiler for Set 'em up, and I'll knock 'em down!:
Name: Col. Gard Redel Alias: Ghost Eagle Age: 29 (as of StrikerS) Birthday: 8th August Magic Rank: A Height: 201cm Weight: 85kg Hair: Auburn. Eyes: Green. Personality: Shrewd fast, professional, but has a cool sense of humor. Charismatic and suave, Gard is a women-charmer and awe-inspirer, but he’s perfectly straight and idealistic, still waiting for that special someone to catch his eye. Usual wear: Casual. This guy knows how to dress when not on the field. Magic Type: Mid-Childa, Brown. Caster Class: Hunter
Device: Teucer, a custom-built rifle-type Armed Device based on the one he used as a Commando. While slower and less spammy than his CO Kyla’s Vulcan, it delivers amazing accuracy and includes a Siegel-launcher based on Kha’s grenade-like Siegels. Teucer can also produce powerful incendiary bricks of mana that can be detonated by remote through the Device, meaning Gard can also set bobby-traps, destroy buildings swiftly, even fell massive walkers in one strike.
Brief Background
Gard was once a commando in an elite Neutral unit on one of TSAB’s other non-administrated worlds. That polluted world, the 65th, was always in a state of war between his side and the quasi-religious villains. He had a knack for flying, being one of the youngest Commandos to master precision jumpjeting at 16. He too had the eye of a bird of prey, as his most famous tactic was to jump over an unsuspecting infantry platoon and head-shot all of them in one pass. And when the third war broke out, Gard was pressed into full blown conflict.
The Aces were the ones who spotted Gard’s magical potential, when they were deployed on the planet that was heavily contaminated with the alien substance Ichor to locate and seal a Lost Logia. Through a rough campaign, the girls, Gard and several allies from all sides of the war managed to gun down the Lost Logia that was tremendously increasing the spread of Ichor, packed it into one of the aliens’ drone platforms and the girls tearfully blasted off while Gard and Isabelle made their last stand against the encroaching horde.
Just as they were about to be overrun, the aliens fell dead. Then word came that the control node of the alien weapons had been destroyed! With that, Isabelle and her soldiers disappeared into the shadows from which they came, and Gard returned to his post. However, his encounter with the 4th kind opened his eyes. He was no longer satisfied with all this blind fighting, and it affected his work attitude.
But Hayate remembered him, and when things had calmed down, returned as a civilian to properly thank him for aiding the TSAB. It was at that time that he asked to join the organization, and a month later, he was in. It was a tough and embarrassing time for him, the only 22 year old amongst the class of under-10s learning to control magic. But unlike them, once he had basic magic control, he was assigned to an Enforcer unit, assigned a generic staff and started over. He worked his way up using his tremendous experience, and very soon he assumed command of his own platoon of Enforcers. But as a weapons buff, he really wanted to have access to the most advanced toys of the TSAB, and so he requested and got transferred to the General Developmental Force, a small unit that were the guinea pigs of TSAB FutureTech Laboratories. Some men under his command followed him into the Force, and have stayed with him since. There, Gard felt that he was finally at home.
3 years later, Kha was looking to test a new weapon system he had developed based on the mechanical giants he found on another planet at request of his TSAB CO, Admiral Kyla. Immediately, Gard and his merry men jumped at the opportunity. They were equipped with the manual variant of the Zodiac Assault-use Kinetic Unit (Z.A.K.U.) Device Jacket system, and hence forth were known as the Zakum Troopers. Even when Kha left the Silvana to focus fully on his Trinity, both men still keep in touch, and even though Gard has taken over Kha’s place as leader of the Zakum Troopers, Gard still regards himself as Kha’s No. 2.
The Z.A.K.U. Device Jacket System
As the genre Device Jacket suggests, the Zaku system was the first practical attempt to combine armed device technology with Mid-Childa barrier jacket personnel protection systems. Employing the similar mechanical armor that Kha uses for his Knight Armor, the DJ offers unprecedented protection against most conventional and non-conventional attacks, and includes an intuitive thruster system allowing even a non-flying mage to take to the sky.
The Zaku is currently able to equip 3 types of Weaponry Integrated for the Zodiac ARmeD (W.I.Z.A.R.D.) pack, namely the high-speed Blaze backpack with twin on-board Accel Shooters, the long-range Gunner variant that can link its mana generator with a Mid-Childa device to boost its output, and a short-ranged Slash variant that includes a pair of short ranged shoulder-mounted machinecannons designed to supress enemies while the Knight gets into range.
Gard's preferred pack is the Blaze Wizard pack.
The manual variant used by the Zakum Troopers lack the master-slave hand and foot extensions of the Zaku, and such lack the heavy-lifting capacities of the standard variant. But because of that the system could afford to be lighter and less bulky, meaning more maneuverability for the mage. Also, unlike the standard variant, the Zakum (The additional M means Manual) is more meant for airborne units.
Both Zaku variants can be inserted into the hottest of hot zones via the Zaku Pod that teleported into a dimension without the battleship even coming close and carries enough armor to protect its contents until the chrono-turbulence around the pod dies down. Once the drop sequence is complete, the Zaku troopers burst out of their shell and wreck havoc upon their startled enemies.
The Zakum Troopers themselves vary with magic ranks, from the low Cs for new privates to the high As for Gard and the other veterans, but the Zaku system helps even their weakest fight on more even footing with some of the most dangerous threats to Ordered Space peace. But due to the massive cost going into each Trooper, be it Zaku or Zakum, only Zaku has found its way into somewhat massed practical use and it’s deployment is limited to frontline ground troops of the GDI.
And so, there is only 1 Zakum Trooper unit. They are assigned to the fearsome battleship Silvana, “The Goddess of War”, along with the fleet of Dreadlords in her belly. All are under the command of Captain Kyla Scrya. Their armor, speed and lethalty is their pride, and thus this is their motto:
“Zakum Troopers. For when it absolutely positively must be destroyed overnight!”
I got a present for ya!
coolies! More, please!

A black feather drifts out of the sky and lands on the tarmac of Velka SAR Yzak Air Base. Two gray-booted feet krumps to a stop next to it, and their owner picks it up. The camera follows the feather until Kha's face is seen, and he looks into the brightening morning sky...
[Rock Guitar Instrumental]
With a bang, the music starts. The background is a high speed running shot of MC Downtown’s skyline framed against the brightening horizon, while the title “Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha” in one line phases in. At the first drum crash, Keroko leaps past, adding “The New Velka Chronicles” in big letters under the small title. On the second crash, Hikki jumps down from the top of the screen and punches, flashing it back to the title, which has now appended “: CrosyS” to the right of the “Chronicles”.
Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha
The New Velka Chronicles: CrosyS
The images hangs around for a bit, then Kha’s Firehawk Stratofighter tears across, whiting out the screen with its afterburners as the last drum climax ends the instrumental.

From left to right: Artei, Sophia, Kaempfer and Allison march out of the hangar and they meet their captain who greets them with a nod.

We teleport to MC Honor’s Hold Air Base where the Rogue Squadron is based. Keroko, Wes and Tyco in tow, adjusts the straps on her half-finger gloves as activity goes on all around her. The camera cuts to her sealed device, which glints in reply.
Yukikau hitobito no
Blink and we’re in the Riot 6 lounge, where Shin-chan is enjoying his morning coffee with Hayate, Nanoha, Fate, Hikki, Alexandra and Anna, who then wave at the camera.

Phwing! We’re now aboard the “Gladius”, where Lucas, Angela, Rika and Hiro are discussing plans over a holographic war table, and Cassandra listens closely. At the “Doushite?” the image is overlaid on the left with a side profile of Cassandra’s face looking forlornly into the distance and Alex’s taking the split screen on the right.

Shinji, Asuka and Rey in the hologram forms float behind their mother as Kaylin runs fruitlessly on the stop towards a shadowed profile of Glock in the foreground.
Tsubasa hiroge tabitatou
There is long trail of foot prints on a bright desert, and the camera pans until it shows David Brown, Bronzion Hammer on shoulder, soldiering on in the blazing heat. He’s not even bothered by the weather. But the sand shifts, and the Hammer comes off…
[Ascending music]
In rapid succession as the beat changes, Carim looks up from a video call, Kyla throws her hand out as she commands the Silvana ahead, and the 21st Trinity Optimus Velka Carryall soars into the stars.

OC mad fight! Every single OC ever created in this thread darts left right center, hurling spells everywhere as the camera spins perspectives through dizzy curves, as the endless Necron hoard surge in the battlefield. But sometimes, something can be made out of the chaos. The Blue Flame Squad and Alex’s team combine attacks and combos the stiff Necron to pieces. There’s enough time for husband and wife to exchange glances, hook each others arms and Alex anc Cass lash out in a two-sided spin kick that crushes the skulls of two Necron Immortals. Alexandra slices through two Warriors, then sends a blast into a Flayer just as Anna throws a Meteor into an advancing platoon. Keroko and Kyla stand back to back unleashing rain of fire from their respective devices as Kaempfer, Gard Redel and his Zakum Troopers try and win air superiority against the black storm of Wraths. Artei holds his own dismembering another troop of Destroyers. Sophia launches Excalibur into the plague, then follows with an optic blast from her cyber scan unit. Arnie is behind her, both Gauss Flayers on full auto as the Friendly Necron tears through his former brethren with ease. Allie throws several fireballs, then makes quick work of her feet dodging a rabid Flayer, then spots an opening for her to tumble in and stab the machine with Parang, the magical dagger instantly dispelling all magic within the Necron and excising its soul in the process. Then David jumps in and slams the Bronzion hammer into the ground, rippling a massive shockwave throughout the desert.

Kha stands alone, eyes closed, listening to the howls of machines everywhere, camera spinning around and around at the closing horde. The camera stops, and he opens his eyes; The Necron Lord steps up and raises his staff. The Cleric-knight shifts his stance such that his spear points forward, the Gotteliches Rapier buzz on, the Velka triangle spring out from underneath him, exploding with blue maryoku as the camera zooms into his eyes which go black from Avenging Zorn…
[Closing guitar instrumental]
Even more battle, this time with grainy images, of random moments taken from the OCs’ collective pasts.
Then just as the stanza closes, we flash back to Kha, who swings Tausend Kreuz back and fires thrusters to charge, freezing the image with the guitar strum with a crammed watercolor of him in his charging pose, his Trinity charging out from the flanks, and all over Ocs burst out from the crowd behind him.
Original Production Animesuki OC Thread Project
Text-based opening theme ficlets were one of my most daring but successful experiments in FF.net. But this was a remarkable challenge because of the sheer number of characters to consider. The chorus changes ever episode (There's that many OCs to feature) so even if they aren't in this one they'll be in the next, or the one after that.
I chose Destiny for its great beat. This video on j00t00b helped me get started. Hope you guys like it! Sorry Erio slowing you down again...
We have a winner in this thread.

POWER
Spoiler for description:
Early in his childhood, Hikki is found to have the unique ability to control both elements of time and wind. Because of this, his Ukrainian foster parents hand him over to Meister Sigmund, leader of the Falken Clan, and yet even the experienced Grand Master is powerless against Hikki’s extraordinary power. So on his fifth birthday Hikki is sent to Magnolia Valley in Korean Peninsula to undergo extensive training with the Warrior Monks. He spends his next ten years perfecting his skill and learning martial arts; his expertise is so overwhelming that the monks advice him to travel across the world, meeting and challenging every martial art guru he can find,
Hikki is still unaware of his power until he meets the crime lord of South Town, Geese Howard, who has studied an ancient scroll containing the inscription of Chronograph. Although the prospect of time manipulating is tempting, Geese is surprisingly uninterested into it, stating that he sees the impending threat of Chronograph as greater than that of Orochi. He, however, sees Hikki’s potential as a fighter and introduces the young lad to Lone Wolf NEO who agrees to take him as an apprentice. Although he knows nothing of Chronograph or Whistling Gale, Hikki relies on pure instinct to learn both techniques; he also learns a bit of Kobojutsu from Geese and hones his skill on vigorous routines.
Hikki’s true strength remains hidden for years until he returns to Magnolia Valley where he unpleasantly encounters the PWAB’s Robo-Ky and Omega Rugal. Then he stumbles across this foster brother Zofeah Falken who warns him of a nasty reunion with “someone”, but first Hikki must accept challenge from Kusanagi #1027658 and defeat the deranged clone before he destroys Kiev.
Hikki eventually reunites with his sister Mriya who in turn Falken Clan’s biological human/Gear hybrid experiment. The Gear woman proves herself a worthy challenger when she displays the combined power of Gear and Chronograph, and Hikki is forced to use almost every aspect to fight her. He wins the battle but only because his girlfriend, Yuu of Magnolia Tribe, sacrifices her life to protect him from the Gear’s deadly blow, thus enables him to counterattack.
Hikki again uses his full power during the Second Battle of Kiev when he reunites with ex-mentor to defeat Robo-Ky II. He is injured while fighting the Iron Fuhrer, but this circumstance only allows Lone Wolf NEO to finish off the battle. After saving Kiev from destruction Hikki goes for a honeymoon with his newlywed wife Kawasumi Mai.
His third, and last, prowess display is during the siege of Kiev when Magnolia Warrior Monks attack the city in a bid to persuade him to return to the valley. He successfully drives away the terrorists but falls in comatose due to excessive usage of Chronograph. He is rescued by Bougainvillea Brigade, Time-Space Administrative Bureau’s auxiliary unit and taken to their HQ in Odessa.
Hikki only begins to show sign of possessing magic systems (initially of Mid-Childa and Belka) on his last days as a protégé. He is told by superior officer that he will have to leave the brigade if he wants to learn more of his secrets. Reluctantly he agrees, but not before he takes up the ceremonial code that requires a protégé to sacrifice his belonging: in his case, his Gunslinger Girl friends. All his skills as a gunslinger are put to the test when he fights the girls after they refuse to let him go.
After resigning from Bougainvillea Brigade, Hikki returns to Magnolia Valley and meets the Warrior Monks who are unpleasant to see him returning to the valley as an enemy. Hikki falls berserk after taunted by the monks and kills them, destroying the valley in the process. He is yet to realize it, but Hikki uses the (aforementioned) magic systems and alarms the TSAB.
Hikki later goes into seclusion at Siberia where he meets Jentayu. The Immortal tells the boy that he owns a power beyond belief, a power that can change the course of history and determine the fate of mankind. When Hikki asks where she acquires the knowledge Jentayu is captured by another Immortal (The Hydra Brothers) and executed on the spot. Infuriated by Jentayu’s death, Hikki goes berserk again and attacks the Immortal; soon he is surrounded by more Immortals.
It should have been an unfair battle for the young monk but Hikki shows the Immortal how it feels like to underestimate Chronograph and its Guardian. He even combines Chronograph and Art of Whistling Gale with the three magic systems (Mid-Childa / Belka / Narulia) to create a Noble Phantasm (Unlimited Gale Work). He uses the ceremonial spell to defeat all the Immortals, but the spell consumes too much magic energy and he barely has remaining strength to meet the TSAB aces.
During negotiation with the Aces, Hikki is attacked by Nagalintar who returns from his aeons of absence, and is stripped off his Chronograph power. This causes a sudden influx of Linker Core and stirs Halcyon to fuse with him, transforming the boy into an able-bodied Warrior Monk. When Halcyon begins to break down because of prolonged deployment of Siren Mode, Hikki confirms his status as a rightful Gale Whistler by forging new contract with the Unison Device and renaming it Widuri.
After the Siberia Incident, Hikki joins Time-Space Administrative Bureau an appointed to the bureau’s cryptography unit Wind Talkers. He is promoted to Tactical Instructor with an SS-rank (limited to AA+ by the bureau for security reasons), and is the only officer to be classified as an S-ranked close-combat knight. His expertise in neutralization and reversal tactics is unheard of, as he applies Newton’s Third Law: “for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” He is extremely popular among young recruits who look upon him as a fatherly figure.
Dico Meus Nomen (Call My Name): Hikki unlocks Widuri from its seal, and usually his Barrier Jacket is activated as well. The transformation was intended to be performed with a long password, but Hikki uses this incantation in its full form only once when forging new contract with Halcyon. After that, he replaces the phrase with the command “Heed my word!”
Unbind the Strings: this is Hikki’s personal incantation for Widuri. This chant is used to access hidden abilities, as well as increasing the Device’s melee attack.
INCANTATION
Spoiler for description:
hic sub animo inconsessi,
ego uoco te exorire,
inflecte pro mihi et temerarire meas uoces,
te enim, cui illa signum solvo
suscitati, et fi quos te verum esse.
(Translation)
Here lies the soul of the forbidden,
I summon you to come forth,
Bow before me and heed my words,
For you, whom these sealing binds are untied,
Awaken, and become what you truly are.
HALCYON
Spoiler for description:
Official name: Queen of Dark Gale
Used name: Halcyon; (after “forging new contract”) Widuri
Type: Intelligent Device
Halcyon speaks English despite its Latin “summon phrase”. It has female voice, and addresses Hikki as “master.” Being an Intelligent Device, it has some degree of self-awareness and often engages in series of conversation with Hikki.
Sealed: Halcyon takes the form of a medallion in this mode, recognized by inscription of the Device in ancient language (presumably Latin).
Awaken: this is Halcyon in its unlocked form, used for casting spells such as Reppuken or performing melee attacks.
Siren: the most destructive of all forms, Siren Halcyon is extremely unstable and tends to break down in prolonged battle, and because of that it is only used as a last resort. Faint (Dead in Mind) is accessible via this form, usually referred to by the system as “Silent Tempest.”
During the maintenance procedure, not only Halcyon, now renamed as Widuri, requests to be upgraded with Belkan cartridge technology but also humanoid form. It still refers to Hikki as “master” although it sometimes calls him by his first name. Widuri is protective toward its master and doesn’t hesitate to fight anyone who it thinks poses Hikki serious threat.
Forms:
Sealed: after repaired and upgraded, Halcyon stays as it is, as it had been in its Awaken version (gauntlets). This mode doesn’t have any access to magic attack, being a melee weapon. This setback is supported by its ridiculously high magic defence rating, allowing a fighter to fend off against magic users.
Awaken: this is used for accessing more powerful magic spells as well as enhancing melee attacks’ damage rate. When used to execute energy attacks, Hikki uses a conveyor belt-type Belka cartridge linked to his metal armband.
Jentayu: an even powerful form of Siren yet more stable than its predecessor, this form allows access to Widuri hidden abilities such as Chrono Cross and Fury of the Storm. This is believed to be Widuri in its Full Drive form. Hikki refers to it as “the lord of avian beings.”
Humanoid: sometimes Widuri takes humanoid form and can stay in this mode without the risk of over-draining Hikki’s Linker Core. Humanoid Widuri can switch to this form anytime it wants to, even during higher-level forms such as Jentayu.
ABILITIES
Spoiler for description:
(Before upgrade, as Halcyon)
Fortress; Cyclone Shield; Chains of Gleipnir; Bind Break; Perception
(Awaken Form) Reppuken (with Delayed Attack variant); Double Reppuken (with Delayed Attack variant); Squall Breaker; Guard Cancel; Deadly Rave; *Unlimited Gale Work; variety of melee and physical attacks.
(learned) Divine Buster; Plasma Lancer.
(Jentayu Form) Kami Reppuken; *Fury of the Storm; Time Halt; *Chrono Cross; *the Whistling Gale.
Some of the abilities (as those marked **) are available only after Halcyon is reformatted and upgraded as Widuri. Unlimited Gale Work is explained in separate section.
**Barrier Jacket: Hikki’s suit is a Warrior Monk-type uniform in his trademark white/red colour scheme with buckles with word “EMANCIPATION” carved upon it. This suit is not just the flashy costume, but also refers to an invisible defensive field generated by the costume, reducing or eliminating any serious injury from events such as an impact with a building.
Fortress: Hikki’s first spell, this is Halcyon’s auto-guard magic. Although weak it can deflect attack from all directions.
Cyclone Shield: a powerful barrier magic that can endure prolonged attack. Like its name suggests, it can only guard in one direction.
Strings of Gleipnir: a strong binding-type magic that prevents target from moving. Its name is adapted from the chains used to bind Fenrir, the wolf of Norse mythology.
Bind Break: Hikki tempts to deactivate a binding or imprisoning spell. The amount of time required to deactivate depends on the complexity of the target magic.
**Fatamorgana: this is an ability that increases its caster’s evasive rate and creates alter-images of the caster. Combined with Belkan cartridge system, the number of the “decoys” can be increased.
Reppuken & Double Reppuken: Halcyon’s basic projectile attack. It is powerful enough to neutralize Nanoha’s Divine Shooter missiles and Fate’s Arc Sabre, and can be fired many times.
Reppuken Delayed Attack: this is basically a delayed (or “charged”) version of Reppuken & Double Reppuken. This ability may be used for increased damage rating.
Reppuken Feint: Hikki makes up the ‘tossing’ movement without actually firing a projectile. This ability is very best used in mind game, often forcing an opponent to make a guess.
Squall Breaker: a powerful point-blank punch, this is Halcyon’s first attack and can break through barrier and protection spells to deliver massive damage onto target. It is on par with Takamachi Nanoha’s Divine Buster but lacks the range.
**Squall Breaker Advance: even more powerful than Squall Breaker, but only available after the upgrade procedure. It is designed to destroy force fields, binding magic (in case Bind Break fails) and illusions. It can even counterattack particle beam-type attacks, as shown during training session when Hikki cancels Nanoha’s Divine Buster but still lacks the range needed for long-range bombardment.
Guard Cancel: a follow-up move of Fortress and Cyclone Shield, it cancels the protection spell and converts it into a shockwave that knocks the attacker away. This ability is best used for counterattacking melee attacks such as Fate’s Haken Slash.
Crescent Typhoon: area-of-affect attack. Hikki slams the gauntlets into the ground and unleashes powerful sonic booms from the depth of Earth.
Deadly Rave: Hikki first concentrates all magical forces into Halcyon. Then he assaults the opponent with a long, powerful combination of attacks, and finishes the manoeuvre with a gigantic Reppuken. This is the ultimate melee attack, with the ability to penetrate even the strongest barrier magic and can even offset other abilities, although this requires the usage of Perception. This is the most powerful “normal form” attack but Hikki easily gets tired by the expense of magic supply.
**Deadly Rave: the upgraded version of Deadly Rave has the attribution where the attack’s strength increases multiple folds on each successful hit. Hikki ends the attack with a powerful gale fist not too dissimilar to Geese Howard’s Deadly Rave’s energy palm.
**Unlimited Gale Work
Below are level-3 abilities (Siren & Jentayu Modes), and some of them are accessible only after Hikki’s limiter is removed with the approval of the Admiral.
Kami Reppuken: instead of small projectile, Hikki now fires a humongous wall of wind that can knock out five fully-loaded C-5 heavy lifters but can only be fired one at a time. Despite its appearance, Kami Reppuken is categorized as a Shooting-Type attack.
Time Halt: Hikki opens a counterattack stance and waits for an opponent to hit. When it connects, Halcyon reacts and ‘freezes’ the opponent on the spot, but unlike Nanoha’s Restrict Lock and Fate’s Lightning Bind ability, the duration time needed to cast Time Halt is close to nil. After upgrade, this ability is available only after Hikki’s limiter is removed.
Faint: also known as “Dead in Mind”, this attack is available only after Halcyon accesses the powerful yet unstable Siren Mode. It is a follow-up move from Time Halt and can only be performed when the reversal is successful. Due to its volatile nature (in the worst-case scenario, it “erases” its user instead of target), Faint is used only as a last resort.
**Chrono Cross: a zero-range attack available only after Halcyon is upgraded to Widuri, and used in conjunction with Time Halt. Hikki combines the energy from magic cartridges along with a super-compressed magic energy stored inside the Unison Device’s nano-generator. Once it connects, Hikki charges at the stunned opponent and unleashes all energy onto the opponent in a form of cross. This ability can even respond to energy-based attacks, although there is a slight delay between the reaction time and the execution time. Like Faint, it requires Time Halt to be successful in order to be done.
**Fury of the Storm: this attack substitutes Crescent Storm in area-of-affect department and can shatter even barrier magic. The duration of this attack depends on how much cartridge is spent.
**The Whistling Gale: this finisher move is a unique ability that harnesses the force of Chrono magic to “reset” a target. This requires the expense of all magic cartridges as well as collecting and recycling the magical energy left over by previous attacks and dispersed in combat airspace. Like Chrono Cross and Fury of the Storm, The Whistling Gale is only accessible through Jentayu Mode.
These two abilities are learned.
Divine Buster: learned from Nanoha, Hikki transforms one of the gauntlets (usually right hand) into a cannon and aims it at target.
Plasma Lancer: learned from Fate, Hikki creates a small collection of energy called “Photon Sphere” and releases it at target. Like Fate’s variant, it has the ability to turn at Hikki’s command should it miss.
UNLIMITED GALE WORKS
Spoiler for space-saving:
A Reality Marble, also known as an Innate Bounded Field, is an extremely rare high-class sorcery that expands an enclosed alternate reality that is a physical representation of a user's soul. Within a Reality Marble, users are able to violate the laws of nature, the creation of an ideal battlefield. Although not a true Noble Phantasm, this spell is treated as one.
Hikki’s Reality Marble is known as “Unlimited Gale Works”, which manifests as an open, barren field, littered with countless Noble Phantasms anchored in the ground like grave markers. Monolithic black gears gyrate in the distance, and illumination from the sun is obstructed by thick haze obscuring the horizon. Whispers of the whistling zephyr float freely throughout this world, and grey clouds rise from the ground. It is considered as a ceremonial spell.
Within Unlimited Blade Works all the raw materials and sorcery required to facilitate Tracing (another ability Hikki learnt from the person) exist, allowing him to reconstruct any weapon merely by seeing it. Furthermore, his tracing allows him to inherit the combat skills of those who previously used his weapon, granting him instant proficiency with whatever he traces. However, human imagination cannot fully conceptualise the existences of an object through only one sense, so the quality of enchantment on each traced weapon will be degraded by one rank, never equalling the original. Swords, spears, and halberds are favoured, but shields are also replicable at a substantially greater Chronograph cost. Hikki is also able to levitate weapons within his Reality Marble, arcing blades into the sky and then raining them down on opponents. Since he is also a Chronomancer, Hikki is also able to trace weapons from different eras and use them whenever he pleases in the realm.
It is unknown of how or where Hikki learnt this ability as a Reality Marble was exclusive only to the Servants of those who had fought the Grail War. Even Hikki has no idea of how he acquired it in the first place when asked by his fellows. It is only when Hikki confesses that he learned the ability from “a certain someone” when he visited Fuyuki City to seek for a martial art guru.
I am the bone of my maelstrom.
Thunder is my body, and storm is my blood.
I have summoned a thousand hurricanes.
Unaware of destruction, unknown to apocalypse.
I have withstood infinite agony and countless angst,
Just to create more typhoons.
I know no dead end. This is the only way.
As I lift my hand, this is “Unlimited Gale Work”.
TRIVIA
Spoiler for space:
Hikki owns a Rickenbacker 4001 bass guitar. It is painted in his trademark red/white colour scheme.
Once cheerful, ignorant care-for-nothing, Hikki is now calm, quiet person. This is due to yet another “personality switch” after his retirement from Bougainvillea Brigade.
Hikki is a proficient musician. He learns his skill along his service time as a Bougainvillea protégé. He can play any genre of music, but is an expert on jazz, blues and rock.
He no longer cosplays, although he doesn’t mind helping Hayate with costume design. He even suggests that Nanoha cosplay as Kawasumi Mai from Kanon for the bureau’s first cosplay party (which is rather strange, since he’s asking her to cosplay as his wife. Note the seiyuu pun Hikki’s playing on).
Hikki isn’t assigned with anyone in the bureau or Lost Property Riot Force 6. He chooses to work as a ‘one-man’ team to avoid putting his partners in risk. Because of this he gains the moniker “Lone Wolf” and this condition remains even after assigned to Wind Talkers.
Despite cold reception by senior officers, Hikki is very well-received by younger recruits. He is, especially, fond of befriending Caro and Annabelle, both of whom remind him of his twin daughters back in Kiev.
Almost anyone in the bureau (including the three Aces) is never revealed on Hikki’s past. This is due to request by General Armstrong to Admiral Chrono to keep the matter “as confidential as possible”. The only other person after Armstrong to have access to Hikki’s database is Yuuno (in the beginning of Lyrical of Time, Yuuno is investigating an ancient relic he believes to originate from Narulia, Hikki’s home-planet).
Hikki’s fighting style is a mirror to Geese Howard’s Kobojutsu (Reppuken, his variation of Atemi Nage, Time Halt and Crescent Typhoon, a direct copy of Raising Storm).
Location: Currently Recovering in the TSAB Rehabilitation wing.

At last I was able to finish my little contribution to OC thread, feel free to comment
Spoiler for foreword:
Foreword: As I took quite a lot of liberty messing with the basic principles of how magic works in Nanohaverse I’ll bring a little explanation to the front. So what I did was adding a new element called “magic particles”, which are emitted by Linker Cores and also fly around us freely (instead of raw magic energy as was considered default as far as I understand). Regular mages then convert “magic particles” into the form they need, be it raw magic energy, elemental magic etc. And here I bring up yet another kind of mages who specialize in interacting with “magic particles” directly. The main difference from the raw magic energy would be the thing that “magic particles” being the origin of all kinds of magic are capable of influencing the effects of said magic (mainly by affecting the magically created objects) if shaped into right form and density. The best example would probably be the way how gravitons could affect the matter in real world. Well, here we go:
Spoiler for profile:
Name: Serge Romardo (by birth Serge Blanc)
Spoiler for Image:
VA: Nobuyuki Hiyama
Gender: male
Age: 21
Alias: The Dancer (unofficial “The Meddler”)
Birthday: 29th August
Mage Rank: AAA (with Device equipped, prior to getting it ~C)
Magic Type: innate – unknown; device – unknown; learned Mid-Childa magic after joining TSAB
Magic Color: golden
Elemental Affinity: none
TSAB Rank: Head Investigator – Intelligence Department
Military Rank: eq. Colonel
Height: 172 cm
Weight: 60 kg
Hair: short black hair parted at left side, turn sleeker after activation of Barrier Jacket
Eyes: blue
Weapon: Aether Origin – a Lost Logia class Intelligent Device utilizing an unknown type of magic. Unlike other devices AO is linked permanently to Serge’s body and any methods to separate it from him not involving his death are yet to be found. AO has different forms which provide various changes to Serge’s abilities and possess their own sets of spells. Its common form is a golden bracelet without any ornament on Serge’s right hand. It has a single golden ball embedded in its surface on the inner side of the wrist. Bracelet’s surface sprouts countless thin threads where it comes in contact with Serge’s skin, penetrating his body and fusing with his nervous system and Linker Core. In this form AO doesn’t have any special functions except boosting Serge’s magical abilities far above his natural. In combat it can take three other forms at will or under Serge’s command. Moon Form – looks like a small round golden shield about 40 cm in diameter. The golden ball moves to its center and becomes a part of a complex geometrical figure engraved on the shield’s surface. This form’s abilities support defensive style of combat. Sun Form – resembles a multiprong star with prongs’ number and size varying depending on the situation. This form is best suited for offensive combat allowing the Device itself to be used both as close-range and mid-range weapon. Aether Origin Sovereign – the final combat mode used by Serge: as he extends his hand an pronounces the command, Device’s looks change dramatically – bracelet covers the arm from wrist to elbow and a delicate-looking golden glove appears on the hand; at the same time five arrowhead-shaped objects about 1 m long called Spears of Ruler materialize floating around his arm. Although the Spears are linked to the bracelet, each of them can function independently from the others. Sovereign Form possesses great offensive and defensive capabilities but its ultimate strength is allowing Serge to use his innate powers practically without limits. However, the usage of final form is complicated, as AO’s personality is much more active and independent from its master (if Serge can be called AO’s master at all) than those of other known Intelligent Devices. AO frequently disobeys orders and is reluctant to release its powers if it doesn’t find the opponent worthy (so far it released its final form only once and Serge doesn’t seriously count on it even in case his life will be in danger). It also has a habit of suddenly changing its voice and behavior (so the Device’s “gender” remains unclear), which often shocks people witnessing that for the first time (Serge is already used to it and doesn’t pay attention). AO claims to be created for a great purpose and believes that it’s found the person capable of accomplishing it in Serge, though it doesn’t reveal any details about what should be done for that. Nevertheless, this situation doesn’t bother Serge, as he’s determined to reach his own goals first and the Device doesn’t seem to mind him ignoring its “quest”. He’s much more concerned about the creators and past masters of AO, but the Device either doesn’t have that information or keeps it secret from him. AO is also sure of having the fourth, ultimate form, which it calls Transcendent, but tells that it’s unable to initiate it before the Device reaches “Completion”. AO doesn’t use cartridge system and considers it a desecration of the Device.
Outfit: Serge’s common clothing is usually simple but strict. Most often he wears a mono-colored suit, even if he’s on vacation or visiting public places where this kind of outfit is uncommon, which has become a matter of jokes behind his back. Some of his colleagues also believe that the suit’s color represents Serge’s current mood.
Armor: The design of Serge’s Barrier Jacket doesn’t seem impressive but is most convenient and has no means to hinder his movements in battle. He wears metal-plated top-boots and long pants with several leg-guards hanging from his belt, which look like made from metal yet extremely light and sturdy (this additional guarding was added to his BJ only recently and seems to protect against injury by conventional weapons rather than magic). His upper body and shoulders are protected by similar plating, covering his former jacket almost completely. The neck is hidden behind a high stand-up collar. The arms aren’t plated, thus revealing long sleeves of his leather jacket. AO is mounted on the right arm and left hand’s covered by a leather glove. BJ’s dominant color is black with golden edges and patterns on the plating.
Personality: Usually Serge acts cool and keeps his distance from people, concentrating only on important things and not allowing personal feelings to mix with work, which takes most of his time. As a result he doesn’t have real friends, living in a world of colleagues, subordinates and superiors, and is used to see people as tools for reaching his goals. However, on rare occasions of being extremely irritated he’s known to be able to commit harsh actions he usually regrets afterwards. He also demonstrated quite a bit of arrogance ever since he joined TSAB, but recently lost this trait becoming more cautious and in a way cruel instead. In battle he acts calm and prudently, usually trying to end it quickly in the most efficient way (it’s rumored that in the confrontation which has lead to the recent changes in Serge he lost because he decided to show off and dragged the battle to no purpose). He also has a habit to follow his actions in battles with unnecessary movements and gestures, which earned him his nick-name “The Dancer”. Unofficially he’s also been called “The Meddler” due to his work in Intelligence Department and unique magical talent.
Specialization: Flow Manipulation and piercing attacks
Estimated Threat Level, personal: SS, possesses an extremely rare ability of Flow Manipulation, rendering almost any magical attack against him ineffective; his capabilities are further boosted by his Device – a Lost Logia capable of controlling magic particles; may also use high-tech gadgets and conventional weapons
Estimated Threat Level, overall: SSS+ or higher, his Device presumably doesn’t belong to the current Multiverse and already outlived an unknown number of them (impossible to confirm), thus possessing close to godlike powers; in case it finds a way around its current energy limitations the threat level can be raised up to X
Spoiler for background:
Background: /*Note: this is a short version of Serge’s background, more detailed one will follow*/
Serge Blanc was born on Earth in Avignon, France. From the moment of birth he possessed an extremely rare type of magical skill – Flow Manipulation. It’s different from any other type of magic in a way that it doesn’t use the energy of magic particles to summon desired effect in material world but affect magic particles themselves. Normally magic particles are too scarce to influence the magic cast regularly, but Flow Manipulators are able to shape the particles into objects of such forms and density that they’re able to affect and change the effects of regular spell casting in different ways. The worst thing about this ability is that people born with it almost certainly die early in childhood due to unintentional killing of their own Linker Cores either by dispersing them or by overloading them with magic particles far beyond their limits. In Serge’s case he was saved by the fact that he was born with a very low magic potential, barely ranking as D- by TSAB standards, so he was only able to cause himself intense pangs whenever his ability touched his Linker Core. There were no means to find out the true cause of his “illness” around on Earth, and his parents believed that he was suffering from chronic heart ailment. At the age of 4 he was able to recognize that he himself was causing the pain that was tormenting him all the time and started to gain control over it little by little. Still whenever he got excited or afraid he lost the control again, which caused him to remain distant from other children and spend most of his time alone in silence. He lived like this for 4 more years until one event abruptly changed his life.
When he was 8 years old Serge had almost full control over his ability and started developing it further recognizing the existence of magic particles, though not understanding their true meaning. At that time he caught the attention of Orvin Romardo, a freelance mage searching the worlds out of TSAB jurisdiction for unusual magic manifestations. He met Serge on Earth and was such impressed by the kid’s potential that he kidnapped him without giving a second thought. Strangely enough Serge didn’t seem to mind such turn of events and Orvin decided to make the boy his apprentice, adopting him as his son and giving him the name Serge Romardo. With Orvin’s help Serge understood full extents of his power – advanced sensing of magic particles’ movement allowing predicting spell’s target and effects several moments before it’s completed and manipulation of magic particles’ flow allowing adjusting the effects of already completed spells in almost any possible way. At the same time Serge discovered that his abilities also carried several drawbacks. First, using the magic particles alone he had no means to affect the material world directly as they could only interact with the magic spells being cast or already in effect. Second, his own ability to use regular magic was hindered severely as every his attempt at casting the simplest spells Orvin tried to teach him produced resonation with his Manipulator ability causing unbearable pain and even physical injures to his body.
(Nanoha S1 timeline)
Serge’s 10 and after spending 2 years with Orvin his Manipulator abilities developed significantly – he learned to use them for reconnaissance, defending against magical attacks and even turning the opponents’ magic against them. In mock battles Serge was able to fight AA ranked Orvin to a stalemate. Despite great risks and pain he used his ability to extend the capacity of his own Linker Core and was able to reach the level of an average C ranked mage by Orvin’s words. Together they formed a formidable team and were able to earn a good deal of money on several Lost Logia cases defeating the opponents both outclassing and outnumbering them. At that time Orvin discovered some key information about a legendary Lost Logia Device that would allow its master to rule over all magic in time-space and became determined to get it at all costs. Serge agreed to cooperate with him eagerly, as he was frustrated at his inability to use regular magic and was hoping that the Device could be helpful for solving this problem.
(A’s timeline)
Serge and Orvin spent almost a year searching for more information related to the legendary Lost Logia. Finally they were able to determine its supposed location, but when they arrived the world was already turned into battlefield for the ownership over the Device. During the decisive battle something went wrong and the Lost Logia got awoken, making former enemies to join forces in order to survive. Despite their efforts they stood no chance against the power of Lost Logia and got killed one after another. Serge went far beyond his limits opposing devastating magic of the awakened Device and was knocked unconscious during the battle. When he came to senses he realized that remained the sole survivor from their party. He found Orvin’s dead body and to his surprise the mage was holding a strange golden bracelet in his hand that Serge never saw before. As soon as he tried to put it on the bracelet sprouted thousands of thin threads into his body and fused itself with Serge, announcing him as the next Bearer worthy to use the Golden Device, Aether Origin. Serge immediately mentioned that the Device boosted his magical capacity several ranks above his former level but most wonderful was the thing that he obtained the ability to use regular magic suffering only minor discomfort casting common spells. Serge surrendered himself to the Enforcer squad who arrived after getting the information about the awakening of a Lost Logia and got escorted to TSAB headquarters. After thorough examination he got contacted by TSAB Intelligence Department who were monitoring him ever since he teamed up with Orvin. He was a given a choice – either to join the Department and use his powers to its benefit or be judged for all illegal Lost Logia trades and artifact smuggling cases Orvin took part in and spend the rest of his days in jail. Serge made the obvious choice.
(A’s to StrikerS timeline)
After joining TSAB Serge finished the basic training course obtaining his official A mage rank and learning to use Mid-Childa type of magic. He then immediately took advanced investigator training course and became an Investigator of TSAB Intelligence Department. He mastered the two basic combat forms of his Device and invented different ways of supplementing his magic with Manipulator abilities effectively overcoming the limitations of his rank. After squarely defeating S ranked Head Instructor of the Intelligence Department he became an object of jealousy and fear among young TSAB officers. Successfully completing several highly complicated missions Serge was transferred under direct command of the Intelligence Department Headquarters and granted full freedom of actions during missions as long as they don’t contradict with the orders. He never stopped wondering if his Device was the legendary Lost Logia he was searching for and put a lot of effort in uncovering its past and origins. He didn’t succeed in the latter but was able to discover the Device’s final form – Aether Origin Sovereign. At this point he grew quite arrogant and didn’t consider any mage a real threat to him. He began acting by himself more frequently and didn’t pay much attention to his colleagues’ work. With the appearance of AMF-using drones Serge quickly discovered that his Manipulator abilities allowed him both to protect his own spells from the influence of AMF and to shut down the AMF completely by attacking its source directly with pure-magic damage inflicted by magic particles. Thanks to this he was made the head of Department’s section dealing with the drones’ problem. Due to his new position he was able to personally meet with Nanoha for the first time, and his attention immediately got attracted by her Device, Raising Heart, which he found quite similar to his own in operating principles, though having reverse functionalities in many senses. To his irritation the research on RH’s origins gave no results either, so he decided to keep a close eye on it himself. His constant meddling in Nanoha’s affairs generated all sorts of rumors about his intentions inside the Department as well as countless bets on the possible winner if the two had a battle. Finally his direct interference during a mission to discover and liquidate a plant producing one of the newer types of drones led to Serge’s open confrontation with Nanoha, accompanied by Enforcer Fate T. Harlaown and Wolkenritter Signum and Vita. No official records of the event exist, yet the most common rumor implies that Head Investigator Romardo got defeated soundly, which caused his recent changes in attitude and behavior. Since that event Serge’s arrogance disappeared and he got much more cautious. He himself chose four capable officers to be his personal assistants. Two of them should always accompany him and the other two should be ready to switch places with them at any moment. Serge started working hard on his mage rank again and at the age of 20 was promoted to AAA rank, becoming the person with the lowest magic capacity to obtain AAA rank in TSAB history. Besides upgrading his Barrier Jacket Serge obtained a habit of carrying a set of daggers containing a dose of paralyzing serum hidden in his suit, and recently rumors appeared of him owning several prohibited conventional weapons as well. He left most of the work on drones’ matter to his assistants and devoted himself solely to further research on his Device.
(StrikerS timeline)
Serge turns his attention to the drones’ case again after the name of Dr.Scaglietti appears in it. He seems to be more interested in his clients rather than Doctor himself though. This time Serge clearly prevents Intelligence Department’s direct involvement in the case. His further intentions on this matter remain unclear.
Spoiler for combat:
Combat: in combat Serge can use his innate Flow Manipulator abilities, his Device Aether Origin and a set of Mid-Childa type spells; although AO allows him to use regular magic without much effort, using it at the same time with Manipulator abilities is still extremely difficult and may even injure Serge’s body due to effect of resonance between them.
Flow Manipulator abilities:
Using Manipulator abilities doesn’t make a magic circle appear beneath Serge.
Aether Thread – the most basic ability but a very potent one; Serge makes a thin thread out of magic particles which remains invisible until the critical density is reached – then it starts shining gold. Because of their high density Aether Threads affect the magic around them, allowing Serge to perform different kinds of manipulation with it: dispersing magically created objects, redirecting spells, setting up alarms, even binding mages wearing BJ (confirmed to be effective against up to S+..SS ranked spells). Threads can’t disperse BJ but are able to cut them. Threads don’t affect physical objects without relation to magic; thread passing through a human’s body will cause minor discomfort. Thread exists as long as Serge keeps his concentration. Total length of threads is limited by Serge’s magic capacity (number of separate threads is limited by their total length), as well as the speed of threads’ appearance and movement; Moon Form increases total available length, Sun Form increases appearance and movement speed, Sovereign Form provides unlimited length, instant appearance and movement at the velocity of light in medium.
Aether Web – Serge spends some time to set up an array of threads in the surrounding area; set up threads don’t need further concentration to be maintained and may be activated to their maximum density instantly, but the movement of individual threads becomes hindered; Sovereign Form allows instant summoning of Aether Web.
Aether Grip – Serge makes the density of magic particles in a chosen volume fluctuate rapidly, causing severe disorder to surrounding magic; destructive effect is more powerful than Aether Thread can provide (confirmed to disperse up to S+ ranked spells), but it lacks diversity. In common mode target must be reachable by hand, in combat modes effective range is ~10 m, in Sovereign Form – line of sight.
Aether Insight – Serge’s passive ability allowing him to predict the appearance and actions of magically created objects by analyzing the movements of magic particles; usually spell’s type and targets are predicted the moment the casting starts; in Sovereign Form prediction of mages’ movements are available. On rare occasions allows to read thoughts of magic users
Unique to Moon Form:
Aether Repel – Serge forms a pattern opposite to the incoming spell using magic particles; as a result the spell is repelled exactly in the direction it was coming from; much more powerful effect than using Aether Threads (confirmed to fully repel up to S+ ranked spells) but can only have single target; in Sovereign Form up to 5 targets at the same time.
Aether Stasis – Serge raises the density of magic particles in a hemisphere around him to the point that all magically created objects trying to enter it are stopped in midair and being hold still (confirmed to fully stop up to S+..SS ranked spells); requires considerably long time to cast, duration depends on Serge’s magic capacity and amount of stopped objects; in Sovereign Form activation is instant.
Aether Negation – Serge performs a powerful burst of magic particles in a close area around him (~2 m radius) causing tremendous disorder to all affected magically created objects (most will disperse instantly, confirmed to disperse S+ class BJ with ease); spell is quite exhausting; in Sovereign Form effective radius is ~20 m.
Unique to Sun Form:
Aether Slasher – Serge forms a single thick thread, more like a whip, out of magic particles which he can swing at will in any direction; the whip is able to disperse or distort magically created objects upon contact (offensive spells as well as barriers); Serge can apply any amount of force to every point of the whip, allowing it to squeeze a spherical barrier for example; it’s quite capable of ripping a BJ with a single hit (estimates for Sun Form: power S+..SS, range A, speed S); no physical damage is inflicted but if a defenseless person is hit by it the pain from received magical damage will be about the same as in case of actually being cut in half; in Sovereign Form up to 5 whips can be created at the same time.
Rolling Sun – Serge launches AO in Sun Form as a projectile towards the opponent; regardless of the attack being successful or not the Device returns back to its master; the Device’s surface is coated by magic particles in high density causing it to rip through magically created objects on its path and inflict both physical and magical damage (estimates for Sun Form: power AA(physical) to S+..SS(magical), range A, speed AAA); in Sovereign Form each Spear can be launched separately.
Unique to Sovereign Form:
Aether Ruler – (unconfirmed to be ever used) as soon as the spell is initiated Serge loses all other abilities; instead he becomes able to shape any amount of magic particles instantly into any form he wishes and make them follow any moving pattern at the velocity of light in medium.
Mid-Childa spells:
Serge is able to cast most of the commonly used spells, such as Shields, Barriers, Binds and Flight. His offensive spells tend to resemble different types of piercing weapons shaped of white magical energy. Serge focuses most attention on dealing physical damage with his spells as he’s able to inflict magical damage with a wide variety of his Manipulator abilities. In extreme situations he can combine casting spells with the usage of his abilities, though he’ll have to pay a high price for doing it. A usual example of such combination would be a magical javelin about as thick as Serge’s arm covered by a coating of magic particles in a way that it protects the javelin from outside magical influences and allows it to pierce through shields and barriers with ease.
Defensive Spells:
Round Shield – forms a round barrier in the chosen direction, power AAA
Area Protection – forms a protective dome around the chosen area, power AAA
Ivory Wall – forms a magical wall in the chosen location, power AAA
Offensive Spells:
Ivory Dagger – creates long white daggers suitable for different uses: close range melee weapon, controlled medium range weapon, long range projectile etc.; number of created daggers may vary greatly (confirmed up to ~100), but the larger the number the less precise can be the control over them; daggers inflict almost completely physical damage; power AA (each dagger), range A, speed AA
Ivory Lance – creates a single white lance launched straight into target; the lance inflict almost completely physical damage; power AAA, range AA, speed B (AAA when shot)
Ivory Bind – binds the opponent with ivory chains; it’s possible to physically hurt the bound person by tightening the grip, power AA, range C, speed A
Ivory Bolt – shoots a single white arrow with great precision and power; inflicts almost completely physical damage; power AAA+, range AA, speed D (S when shot)
A full history with practical descriptions how that all works in combat is yet to follow. So far I'm still able to implement some changes if necessary.
(reading other profiles it seems I managed not to cross the borders of admissible brokeness, did I?)

'Bear my pain with me' class opponents, then? Well, what can I say? Quite a very frightening loli combo you got there. And I must admit that the earlier idea of using a large sword rather than a scythe would be much more suitable with Pain's image. Impressive work, Meophist.

Literally.
~~~
Unbeknownst to Saga and Null…Astra was using his chains to eavesdrop on the conversation between the master and device…with the entire Zerstroritter listening in. Isdera looked just as he always does, while Wira was confused. On the other hand, Astra was trying to not die from laughter at that moment.
“I wish you could cut out this bad habit of yours. Listening in to private conversations…General Saga’s of all people. Don’t you agree, Zulfiqar?” asked Isdera towards his own device, hoping for a positive response.
[….]
“Zulfiqar?”
[I need to sharpen.]
“Sharpening? But we just reinforced your blade yeste-“
[I. need. sharpening. now.]
“I can’t understand you at times. Alright.”
As Isdera left for his device’s bidding, Volkrux and Vorhang were in a conversation of their own.
[What’s up with the little bugger?]
[It’s that time of the month. You know, the time that comes every time Null rubs Zul off the wrong way, intentionally or not.]
It’s just the way things are with the Zerstroritters.
~~~
You can sekuhara a device? I think we now have a suitable match for the eccentric devices here in the OC thread. Even getting Zulfiqar unsettled is quite impressive. And do I see a Twin Bird Strike mode there? Good work, Nightengale.

WALL OF INFORMATION! Excellent. And I suddenly had the urge of seeing how Hikki interacts with Alexandra. Great work!
And great fanfic as well!
Gender: male
Age: 21
Alias: The Dancer (unofficial “The Meddler”)
Birthday: 29th August
Mage Rank: AAA (with Device equipped, prior to getting it ~C)
Magic Type: innate – unknown; device – unknown; learned Mid-Childa magic after joining TSAB
Magic Color: golden
Elemental Affinity: none
TSAB Rank: Head Investigator – Intelligence Department
Because of their high density Aether Threads affect the magic around them, allowing Serge to perform different kinds of manipulation with it: dispersing magically created objects, redirecting spells, setting up alarms, even binding mages wearing BJ.
Aether Grip – Serge makes the density of magic particles in a chosen volume fluctuate rapidly, causing severe disorder to surrounding magic; destructive effect is more powerful than Aether Thread can provide, but it lacks diversity.
Unique to Moon Form:
Aether Repel – Serge forms a pattern opposite to the incoming spell using magic particles; as a result the spell is repelled exactly in the direction it was coming from; much more powerful effect than using Aether Threads but can only have single target; in Sovereign Form up to 5 targets in the same time.
Aether Stasis – Serge raises the density of magic particles in a hemisphere around him to the point that all magically created objects trying to enter it are stopped in midair and being hold still; requires considerably long time to cast, duration depends on Serge’s magic capacity and amount of stopped objects; in Sovereign Form activation is instant.
Aether Negation – Serge performs a powerful burst of magic particles in a close area around him (~2 m radius) causing tremendous disorder to all affected magically created objects (most will disperse instantly); spell is quite exhausting; in Sovereign Form effective radius is ~20 m.
Unique to Sun Form:
Aether Slasher – Serge forms a single thick thread, more like a whip, out of magic particles which he can swing at will in any direction; the whip is able to disperse or distort magically created objects upon contact (offensive spells as well as barriers); Serge can apply any amount of force to every point of the whip, allowing it to squeeze a spherical barrier for example; it’s quite capable of ripping a BJ with a single hit; no physical damage is inflicted but if a defenseless person is hit by it the pain from received magical damage will be about the same as in case of actually being cut in half; in Sovereign Form up to 5 whips can be created.
Rolling Sun – Serge launches AO in Sun Form as a projectile towards the opponent; regardless of the attack being successful or not the Device returns back to its master; the Device’s surface is coated by magic particles in high density causing it to rip through magically created objects on its path and inflict same amounts of physical and magical damage; in Sovereign Form each Spear can be launched separately.
Unique to Sovereign Form:
Aether Ruler – as soon as the spell is initiated Serge loses all other abilities; instead he becomes able to shape any amount of magic particles instantly into any form he wishes and make them follow any moving pattern at the velocity of light in medium.
A full history with practical descriptions how that all works in combat is yet to follow. So far I'm still able to implement some changes if necessary.
(reading other profiles it seems I managed not to cross the borders of admissible brokeness, did I?)
Hmm. An interesting first entry. I also like the way on how you distributed ability and character flaws to even out the overdone parts. Not to mention that your Lost Logia device has quite an attitude.
And yes, you are marginally successful in managing not to cross the too broken line. These are the types of OC's that I classify as borderline-broken. All in all, I'm really quite impressed by your work.

Once again 3 freaking AM in the morning. I have to stop posting so late ><. In anycase. Finally, I present you the last member of the Blue Flame Squad under the command of Cassandra Ivanov, Hiro Nakamura enters the game!
This is the longest of the squad profiles (Not counting Cass and Kali). It contains a very detailed version of some scenes mentioned in other profiles and other additional information.
Spoiler for Hiro Nakamura:
Name: Hiro Nakamura Age: 16 years old Birthday: September 19th Mage Ranks: AA+ Magic Type: Mid-Childa Mage Magic Color: Dark Blue Circle Element Preference: Ice magic Squad Position: Center Guard. Height: 165 cm Weight: 70 Kg Hair Color: Blond Eye Color: Green Zodiac: Virgo Weapons: Kirin, Twin Guns Defense Outfit: Barrier Jacket powered Relationships: Risa Nakamura: Younger Sister; Lucas and Angela Hale: Friends Nickname: Hiro-kun
History:
Hiro had always dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps and become part of the military. Seiji Nakamura was one of the few elite Colonels the Air Forces had seen in a long time and his records were excellent, therefore, inspiring his son to follow him down the same path. He researched and investigated everything about tactics, combat strategies and intensive training, all of whom he dragged Risa into so she could help him out and spar with him, teaching her at the same time. Since Risa practiced martial arts, they used that to create a hybrid combat style that combined Taekwondo, Karate and standard military hand-to-hand combat. Their practices took away most of their free time and whenever they learned a new technique, they immediately went to practice it and try to fit it in their newly created style. When Hiro was 10, his family went for a surprise visit to his mother’s brother’s house, which happened to be in the edge of the woods near their own home, only to be surprised themselves at seeing two other people at their uncle’s. With nothing interesting to do in the house, since the adults were talking about dreary stuff, Hiro went out to take a walk in the woods, not before asking Risa if she wanted to join him though. As they walked through the small forest, they were reminded of all the time that had passed since they last went there and stopped from time to time to watch small groups of little trees that they had planted a few years before. Arriving near the heart of the woods, they sat down for a while and Risa spaced out “Probably composing poems again” Hiro thought to himself vaguely. About two minutes passed until a huge ruckus could be heard from somewhere near them.
Frowning at the noise, Hiro got up and went to see what the heck was causing such a commotion, closely followed by Risa who had snapped out of her reverie and looked as curious as he was annoyed. Soon enough they found out that the cause of such an uproar were a boy and girl about their age that seemed engrossed in a furious fight. The boy was handling a medium-sized scythe, whose blade was shining a bright green color, and the girl carried a two-handed, double-bladed axe that was glowing in a dark yellow shade. They watched each other for a moment before having a go against the other. The girl swung her axe at the boy who countered by veering his scythe in the direction that opposed the place where the axe was supposed to hit, clashing with the said axe. Smirking, the boy jumped a few feet away from her and reared his weapon to thrust it forwards after a few seconds, unleashing a boomerang-like energy wave that missed the girl by inches. Smiling as well, the girl separated her axe in two and used the end that had the blades to throw them at the boy. Evading the deadly blades, the boy looked accusingly at the spot the girl had just been standing in, only to receive a blow from his left flank by the mini-spear that the non-sharp end of the separated weapon formed. Their eyes met and, after a short nod of understanding, their weapons disappeared. Now barehanded, they adopted a combat stance. The girl seemed a bit distracted as she rescanned the area surrounding them. The boy noted this and took advantage of the situation to catch his opponent off-guard by getting behind her and delivering a hasty yet precise kick in the back of her knees to make her lose her balance. The girl responded by jumping away from him and landing on her hands before performing two back flips to regain a proper distance and her footing. She allowed herself two seconds to breathe in before launching herself at the boy, elbowing the spot to her right in which the boy had appeared after sidestepping her attack.
Flinching a little he grabbed the girl’s arm and used it to throw her against a tree. She flipped around in mid-air and used the said tree as a platform of sorts to thrust herself forwards, charging once again against her opponent. Smirking at the motion, he ducked and as the she passed over him, he got up in time to give her a head butt in the stomach. Not expecting that kind of sneak attack, the girl found herself unable to neither dodge nor block it, therefore receiving it in full force. Propelled upwards, she lingered on the sky for a bit before gravity forced her back down towards the earth. Regaining her senses, she grabbed a tree branch before the crash and swung herself a couple of times before letting go and kicking her rival in the shoulder, having missed the neck where she was aiming. The boy was thrown face first into the ground and stayed there for three seconds before rising again and adopting once again his combat stance. The girl landed and did the same as they glared at each other. While all this was going on, Hiro was aghast at what he was witnessing. What were these kids? Where did they learn to fight like that? The battle raged on for five more minutes before the duelists decided to call it a draw and finally noticed him and Risa gawking at them.
Obviously for them that kind of thing was normal, but nor for Hiro and Risa, so when inquired upon what they were, they simply responded “We’re Belka Knights. Isn’t it obvious?” completely lost, the Nakamura siblings asked for further explanations and once they received them, they could not believe their ears, but what their eyes had beheld directed them to believe the things the ‘Belka Knights’ told them. After the explanations, they introduced themselves properly and Hiro felt soon enough that he would like Lucas. As the days passed, he and Risa found themselves more and more interested by the abilities their friends possessed and, after giving it much thought, they both asked of their friends to teach them about magic. They agreed and the training started immediately, all theory of course. A week later, Lucas decided it would be good to put theory into practice and organized a simulated battle. At the end of the ‘test’ the siblings could read the happiness in their friend’s eyes, with perhaps a glint of pride carefully hidden, and they understood that they had done well. After saying good-night to their friends that evening, he and Risa decided to have a serious talk with their parents. They began by telling them all about magic, their meeting with Lucas and Angela, them learning magic and their desire to move to Mid-Childa to continue their magical studies.
Naturally, their parents refused and began to wonder where children went to get that kind of imagination. Frowning at their parents’ closed minds, he and Risa looked at each other and nodded in agreement. They asked their parents to go outside with them for a bit and, though reluctantly, the adults went along wondering what trick they were trying to pull. Out in their garden, the children demonstrated a few of their newly found abilities. After the short demonstration, their parents were aghast at what they had just witnessed. Not being able to believe their eyes, they asked their children to give them some time to discuss and think it over. Grinning, the siblings agreed and they retired for the night. In the morning, their parents told them their decision. Even if they could use magic, it was unreasonable of them to ask all of a sudden to move to a different planet. When the siblings looked at them as though a meteorite had just crashed in front of them, their parents smiled and said that, while they wouldn’t move from Earth, there was no reason their children should stay. Risa’s eyes immediately lit up but Hiro asked for further explanation. It seemed a little fishy that, overnight, they had changed their minds, even if not completely. Their parents explained their plan of talking with their mage friends’ parents and asking them if they could take both he and Risa back to Mid-Childa, expenses paid of course. They organized a meeting while the children played and came to an agreement. About two days later, Angela and Lucas had to go back, not without saying good-bye though and the siblings greeted smiling. Not wanting to ruin the surprise, Risa gave them nothing more than hints about meeting again soon while Hiro stood in the background, not opening his mouth once, and Lucas knew better than to try and get something out from him. After the procedures, the moving and all the details were finished, the siblings started training and studying diligently for the entrance exams that were going to take place soon.
Finally, the time for the exams came and went. They both impatiently awaited the results and it could easily be noted they were very nervous. When the results were displayed, after what seemed an eternity for them, they happily gave each other a high five. Searching for the rest of their squad, they happened to bump into a sergeant that kindly led them towards the lobby where the others awaited. Hiro couldn’t be happier when he saw the other members of the squad. Lucas, looking as cool and serious as always, and Angela pacing around the lobby were the only ones there. The sergeant made the introductions and they played along until he finally went away. As soon as he disappeared from sight, Angela and Risa were on each other, looking as though they were suffocating a little from the strength of their hug. Lucas and Hiro laughed at this after their handshake and laughed even more when both girls looked at them with very angry faces. Four years after this, Warrant Officer Cassandra Alexa Ivanov took command of their squad with Chief Master Sergeant Kali as sub-commander. Two years later, they all received two promotions, the youngsters from Privates Second Class to Leading Privates, Cassandra and Kali respectively from Warrant Officer to First Flight Lieutenant and from Chief Master Sergeant to Second Flight Lieutenant. They are all currently in a investigation mission concerning Lost Logias discovered in the fifth dimension supervised by the TSAB, alongside the warship ‘Nadia’.
Personality: Hiro, A.K.A Hiro-kun, is a proficient Mid-Childa mage that finally entered the military as he always dreamed and is now aiming to become a Sky mage, since when he was on Earth his dream was to become a great pilot. Training since the age of 10, he is one of the few rare Earthlings to possess magical powers and is a very good rival to whoever wishes to pick a fight with him. Thanks to his many achievements on the battlefield, he got promoted very quickly, making a 3 rank jump in 6 years, from Private Third Class to Leading Private, something that is not unheard of but is highly uncommon.
Hiro is very fond of sports, something in which he happens to resemble Angela, in contrast to his sister who prefers to quietly read books or take strolls in the woods, something that Lucas also like to do apart from investigating. He can usually be found playing some sport with Angela, skateboarding or looking to improve his fighting style so the team can rely a bit more on him.
Easy-going and a little of a happy-go-lucky guy, he can also be quite closed and taciturn if he chooses to be. He cares deeply for his sister and he tries to keep an eye open for her in battle, as she does likewise, so she’ll avoid getting hurt. He chose the position of Center Guard because it permitted him to use his specialty, bombardment magic, and so he could give support as much as he could without being a hindrance, something that he would’ve been had he chosen to become a Front Attacker for example. He always watches out for the rest of the team and greatly admires Cass who happens to be an all-purpose magical Knight Summoner.
Bombardment Attacks:
Chained Shot: Multiple magical bullets are fired, one after the other, tied by small chains. When they’re about to hit the target, the chains break and the bullets disperse to hit from different angles.
Icy Bullet: Shoots an ice property bullet that freezes anything in its path until it hits the designated target. If it successfully attains its mark, it slowly starts freezing him/her as well.
Laser: Highly concentrated Energy type shots that when they strike the enemy may have different effects on him/her.
Sniper Cross: Learned from Cassandra, although he sometimes modifies the shot so it will become ice elemental.
Elemental Attacks:
Freeze Lancer: A rift of ice opens in front of Hiro and multiple varied weapons made of solid frost shoot towards the targets.
Frost Hurricane: Creates an ice tornado that shoots medium-sized glaciers against the targets.
Freezing Overlord: Lucas and Hiro both cast Water and Ice magic respectively and form a vicious and bitter ice storm with small glaciers crashing towards the targets caught in the area. Area-of effect attack.
Going to sleep. See you guys later and I'll post comments on other characters as well when I come back ^^.
EDIT: Additional info on Hiro
Spoiler for Hiro:
Spoiler for Barrier Jacket:
Barrier Jacket Powered: Hiro’s position in the squad doesn’t require for him to move all the time, however since he’s a ‘sport’ type of guy, his Barrier Jacket is an ocean blue T-shirt and knee-length shorts of the same color, completed with white sneakers. Like the rest of the team, his Jacket was powered with different spells to enhance its protection properties
Spoiler for Kirin:
Kirin: A pair of guns made by the Engineering Department at Hiro’s request, they’re tuned to their owner perfectly. They resemble the standard handgun in both size and shape. While in standby, it adopts the form of an electric blue bracelet and its offensive forms are: the gun mode and the yari (Japanese spear) form, which could be confused with a medium sized knife.
Spoiler for Usual Wear:
Usual Wear: Hiro stays in his Barrier Jacket as much as he can while on duty. Whenever he can’t though, he puts on his uniform, which he doesn’t really mind, but since he prefers sportswear he likes his BJ. Off-duty, he has normally wears T-shirts and shorts, preferably white or blue.
Say, how does Threshold "infect" her opponents? By physical contact? (Gotta think of a way to fight them )
Nice idea! They sure could turn the tides of any battle.
Thanks. I'm planning to add a detailed variant of the background from Serge's point of view later, so hopefully it'd become clear he's not as broken as it seems after reading combat abilities' description (maybe potentially broken as soon as he becomes able to release the final form of his Device at will). Also if his story continues he's obviously asking for a limiter to be placed on him - it was alright while he was under AAA, but now he's there and will use any means to go higher. I wonder how his Device will react to it, surely won't be pleased, but I don't want to make him turn against TSAB (at least openly ).

Yeah, that thing at least should be known, as her victims have all stayed alive I expect some of them to remember the way they got "infected". Well, it could be something like "girl appears in my line of sight - oops I got a limiter on me", then it'd be harder to explain.
BTW this scenario reminded me of someone mentioning attaching an AMF device to an opponent in some hard/impossible to remove way and then proceeding to smack him with conventional weapons.
I introduce one of the many androids that frequent the bureau.
i can see Kha now, jumping like a kid.
Spoiler for TSAB Central Controller AI: CC:
Name: Cecile Claire, Charise Cannes, Cleo Calpin, Catherine Campers- any female names with C and C in first and last name fields- just call her CC for convenience- reason later. Age: Visual age of 24 Gender: Female Birthday: Production Identity Plate Indicated: Manufacture Date: December 25, CE XXX Hair: Green Eyes: Green Build: Similar to a namesake Height: Similar to a namesake Weight: Similar to a namesake Home World: Mid-childa Magic System: Variable Mid-Type Magic Color: Green Mage Rank: Rank undetermined due to her status and role, as well as age. Probable S- up Personality: The cold and slient Tsundere type, often talking in a cold voice- even when happy. Loves kids. Affiliation: Time-Space Administration Bureau Heaquarters Space Base, "Macross". Chief AI, Systems Administrator, Defense Director, TSAB Central Controller (the reason her being named CC). Device: The 'Macron Cross' Device Type: Intelligent Device, Shielding/Control Maxim Description: The simple tiara on her head. with this device, she controls the functions of the Bureau space HQ, life support, lighting, etc- even clerk and ace movements... due to her extremely fast processing capability, she can process as if she's not, thus allowing her not to be tied to her podium in central control. She also commands the bureau's superweapon, the CDD- Controlled Dimensional Dislocator, a weapon that can create a controlled Time-space rip in an area, sucking and destroying everything in the effect area- though she needs the authorization keys from at least 3 of the bureau's directors or authorized officers. So far, Chrono, Kyla and Lindy are the ones known to have keys, though Carim is reported to have one as well.
History:
CC refuses to release her personal information due to citing dictum 36.5- allowance of confidential information- since she's a high authority, she's allowed to conceal her information. We are still securing permission from the Bureau directors to retrieve her historical and personal info. So Far: 3-3-5
Spoiler for Arias:
Arias: These are the commands that CC can chant to use the device's abilites, using various weapons at the base or on her to achieve results. The ones shown here are the important two words ('title') of the aria- that is spoken using an mysterious tongue.
Iri`en Mit'ol (Crushing Aria): A powerful spell that crushes anything targeted in her psychic grip. G-forces involved can be as high as 1000G
Il`tras Meo (Repulsion Aria): Creates a field in which all magic is repulsed, for a short time- creating a condition similar to the sufferers of a rare Midchildan disorder coined as 'Asunaric Temperance'- in which all harmful magic is either ineffective, repulsed or reflected back to the caster- though sufferers rarely live beyond the age of 14.
Reflect Aria: (Title unheard) Creates a shield in which all magic is reflected, for a short time- creating a condition similar to the sufferers of a rare Midchildan disorder coined as 'Asunaric Temperance'- in which all harmful magic is either ineffective, repulsed or reflected back to the caster- though sufferers rarely live beyond the age of 14.
It`on Sai'met`s (Total Destruction Aria): Her chant when unleashing the CDD upon a target area. The target area is marked with a giant mid-type seal that is colored black and the spheical space is bounded by spell rings. then after a set amount of time, the rip opens and all inside the target area will be sucked into null space.
Ac'ti`um Min'is`trae (Retrieve Persons Aria): A major teleporation spell, allowing masses of people to be inserted or evacuated, though she can only use this while inside of bureau areas- base or ship.
I`ren dai (Unforgivable/Killing Aria): This is the MC equivalent of the famed A***a K*****a curse, in which CC simply erases the person. She rarely uses this and damages her systems when she does it- greatly.
Silence Aria: (Title unheard) a spell that silences an area or an individual.
Raze Aria: (Title unheard) Using the base's defense systems, she can store a huge amount of energy in some dimensional pocket and bring it out over the target area as a sweeping beam from the sky, hitting a row of enemies. It is first seen during the Planet Earl mission, when CC defeated a horde of Slaves when they attempted to invade Windbloom City.
Bombardment Aria: (Title unheard) Using the base's defense systems, she can store a huge amount of energy in some dimensional pocket and bring it out over the target area as a rain of beams from the sky, hitting masses of enemies. It is also first seen during the Planet Earl mission, when CC defeated a horde of Slaves when they attempted to invade Windbloom City.
Shielding Aria: Her longest spell, and the only one needed constant chanting. The title is unheard because the aria is constantly changed each cast. It is a perfect defensive shield, blocking all and every spell or attack that comes- around her or the base when she's there. Its weakness is when the tiara is broken, which rarely happens.
Unbreakable Hold Aria: (Title unheard) a multi-form bind, a combination of struggle, chain, restrict, lightning, and almost every other magical lock in the multiverse- the only way to beat it is to be empty of thoughts- which is hard because she usually uses this along with the next spell.
Umm...no, no. I meat we all have a high girl %. Right? I'm also kind of unbalanced in that aspect (4 girls, 2 boys )
I'm currently at five girls and one guy. I just can't think of any male characters that isn't the Kyon, the Koizumi, or the Taniguchi...

Interesting character. I see the Chrono Trigger reference in Arc Impulse.
On a tangent, when I saw the name, I half expected that he'd have a sword.

I'm thinking that the units were probably bearing the main brunt of the work before Yuuno took over, and after he did, he streamlined a lot of the work, which would explain why the 8th IAR is now down to only two members.
Probably all the IAR units in general are but one facet of the corps of clerks assigned to the Infinite Library (which may or may not actually be infinite), and so Yuuno, as Head Librarian, probably only knows Halley and May in a professional manner. (Whether or not he keeps any pictures of Halley under his bed... let's not go there.)
Personally, I'm hoping that we'll see more of Yuuno's work in StrikerS, since otherwise, I'll be going entirely from guesswork. The Infinite Library concept has fascinated me ever since I read about Borges' Library of Babel, and I'd hate to have to keep correcting the story due to new canon information.

After reading this post I'm tempted to pull an OC Library Exploration Club from the haremfest Negima...
On an odd note, I had a random idea about this when creating the 8th IAR, with the 8th IAR and the 37th CIAA joining forces to explore the depths of the Infinite Library for some reason or another, but then I realized that I would have no way of stopping myself from making bad jokes about random orangutans.

Does the God Empress live?
I'm not sure if I'm reading the references correctly here...
