It'd be cool if they slipped in the little "educational" bits explaining music theory or technique for the different instruments once and a while. I mean they shouldn't overdo it, but I've always liked the explanations for Yakitate! Japan and other "profession" anime/manga.

That spoiler made me laugh, if they made the scene of Sawako wanted a video for the club to attract members, Mugi were the one who recorded it, she half drooled with her finger in her mouth and looked so happy xD.

I believe she peeps on Mio when Sawako's forcing her to have a wierd dress. :3

I wonder if we'll get more saccharine-sweet insert songs or if they'll keep scoring with their old setlist. I don't think the manga makes much mention of new material, but you'd assume that if they want to make the band progress further, they should (have Mio) write more songs.

Also, new OP and ED should be interesting. Or so I hope.

Actually, Yui is the better songwriter according to the manga. Mio has been the one writing all of their songs in the first season.

I'm pretty sure they'll have more songs; it's a signature part of this anime.

I need to refresh my memory of the manga then, as I seem to have forgotten that. I know she wrote one or two songs, but I didn't know they actually considered those better than Mio's.
