Well hollows are generally souls that are twisted in nature, or consumed into great depression (Orihime's brother?), I'm guessing the "Hell Hollows" are those who were twisted in nature before getting sent to Hell by a Soul Reaper. Well that is what I think.

(For example) Like we saw the Hell's gate opening when Ichigo defeated that certain hollow that was chasing after a bird that Chad was protecting. The hollow man revealing that he enjoyed killing the child's mother, and wanted to play a twisted game just to keep him from being bored, and promised that he can revive the child's mother. When defeated, the gates were opened thus pulling him in their.

We never knew exactly what happened after that, but there may be a thought that he was eventually turned into a "Hell Hollow" possibly serving under an even greater power that made him submit to its power while he was trapped in their.

Well if Memories of Nobody came out in 2006 and 2007 Diamond Dust Rebellion and 2008 Fad to Black and then the year jumps to 2010 the year were having Fade to black that means after 2010 2 years later it is 2012 the end of the world lol
