I am still skeptical that the girl is "bern" going into the game. Seen as this should be the start of the answers and well, Bern isn't exactly in favor of the game ending anytime soon, there is little reason why she would go into the game to help or even cause trouble. Now I'm thinking that she's a new character all together, instead of being some sort of extension of another... or a younger version of another.

Oh I wouldn't put it past Natsuhi (since she was mentioned in the preview) to lend this new character some clothes
I'm still thinking that since Natsuhi has been mentioned a fair few times, this new episode will be focused on her again and maybe tie it to episode 1 (not that I am complaining, we need more Natsuhi love!).

That's exactly it, Ryuukishi WANTS us to think certain things and then we are turning the chessboard over, but ryuukishi already thought about us turning the chessboard over and so on I think.. this is very.. ryuukishilike. I wouldn't give any idea too much support at this rate.
