When MM screws you, you screw it back:
Basically, blitzed through the north and made the opening through which our medium/light team capped for victory. |

well i used all of jimbo's mod, I don't take away from it or add more, I like a challenge, but when the round is one sided slaughter then I say its lame. especially when i lose but get the most killz or best player on the team.
pub matches about the same as platooned matches to me. so i only plat if i want to have some fun.

I can't be help myself, i'm laughing that i've gotten to tier 10 in 3 months, tho i haven't gotten 2 tier 8s or 9s besides tier 8 premiums... still quite a laughter, ppl be going how the hell did a nub hit tier 10 in under 3 months. this dude doesn't sleep or something. I'm like free xp conversion FTW. then i see the bill come around 400+ bux. Meh its ok i'm getting my lil brother to check it this game out when he gets back from his study abroad in china for his Junior year in college. Then it will all be worth it. then spend another 100 bucks to get him started.

Small personal achievement reached. Was looking a bit grim earlier in the evening, with two T20 defeats, but then a posthumous T20 victory and then a solid T29 victory.
I'm still grinding the IS because of the high cost of the D-25T and the final engine, but so far, of the Tier 7 heavies that I've had (Tiger, IS, T29), I'm liking the T29 the most. Though putting the idiot gun on the IS has somewhat made up for having to run off while waiting to reload. |

I'm under the opinion that while the idiot gun certainly gives the IS much more flexibility (and what's more, gives it the ability to hit something more than a hundred yards away), there's just something not right about using the tank to snipe. If that's what I want, I'd stick with my Panther, thanks, but I got the IS for a change in playstyle, so I think I'll keep the 122mm thanks.
And man, I think that if and when I get the T-43, it's likely going to be a less enjoyable experience than the Comet (which is okay), as it's not as nimble. Okay, it has an 85mm gun, but it's technically the same gun as the T-34/85, which does it no favors.

I unlocked the T-43 and promptly hated it, but I've never had much luck with any of the Soviet 85mm guns. I would go back to it, but... so many trees.
Speaking of which, I shot some free XP into jumping the British medium line to unlock and research the Matilda, which I haven't actually purchased, but seems to amuse Kamijou and fits the pattern I've adapted to with my 57mm KV-1 and Churchill III: Slow, bricklike... spews ROF damage. Y'know... this guy. Though I don't really plan on working up to the Churchill BP right now either. |

Notice: Until further notice, I am effectively retiring from active duty. My equipment (5-year-old laptop going at 6 fps) and schedule (work work work) are hindering my efficiency on the battlefield. Until conditions become better, I'll not be on active duty.
Please contact me on the forums if there are things you need. I'll do my best to help you out. |

The Bridesmaid:
Images Has a pleasantly egg-shaped hull and an unobtrusive 105mm howitzer. Sorry; dynamic content not loaded. Reload?I ended up being the forward scout for my team on the Prokhorovka west road, hull-down on the southwest hill. Obviously it worked out in the end, but when it seems like your team is content to let you spot and probably get overrun while they sit 300 meters back in the bushes, it's a bit... tense. |

It's amusing how far many of us have come in just three months. Monsters like Sume aside of course...
Incidentally I unlocked both the T21 and the Wolverine last night, so just in case I feel the urge to advance through the turreted US TD or the US autoloader line, I can do so.

I was looking at the WoT wiki, ended up on Wikipedia proper, and found myself looking at... this:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motor_Scout Me, I did more reading on the various autoloaders and while the American line is probably more popular than the French at the moment, I think I'll be sticking with what I know works for me right now, which is neither one of them. |

anyway going up USSR med line now. T-54, T-62A fit my playstyle of Crusader and Cromwell. Matilda lead to Churchill, so that the heavy line. brit med line start with light tanks (without scout MM) and lead to Cromwell, the first med in the line.
