And no, not really. The last wedding I actually attended was my cousin's wedding when I was, like, eight. So I don't really remember much of anything that happened.

That doesn't really matter, actually

I mean, since this takes place in an alternate world, with a different religion, and it would be between two women (I've never attended a same sex marriage), so it doesn't have to be modelled after a Catholic/Jewish/other religion of choice union. And even among those there are variations based on the discretion of the parties involved.

In summary, you have free reign to make the wedding go any way you please!

The problem is right now I don't see a reason to write out the wedding scene.

If they get engaged, you definitely know they'll get married. There's really no need for me to focus on the wedding day... or the wedding night, for that matter.

Well, it would depend on who's the 'bride.' Nanoha, obviously, would have Shiro to give her away, and if needed Chrono could fill in and give away Fate.

But yeah, since Vivio is god, she can decree whatever she wants

Well, all things considered they could just go the "Sign the papers and that's it" approach, but I'm sure Nanoha wants the chance to fret over her daughter's wedding day.

And of course Hayate would design all the dresses!

On a side note, I've been tossing around a Slayers/Nanoha crossover. Is the world big enough for two girls who blow things up? (and yes, there would be a Nanoha vs. Lina fight in there)

"The hell if I know." He grumbled and twitched, where was his device? "I was just about to kick your ass in that church and suddenly we're out here, so, what's going on?" "Oh!" Isis suddenly shot up and clapped her hands. "This is obviously a non-canon moment where we all meet up for no real reason?" "Does that mean we can act out of character?" Lily asked Isis, who nodded. "That means I can speak normally! Finally! I have one thing to say..." She took a deep breath as the three looked at her in confusion. "BASTARDS!" There was a crashing sound as the three face-faulted into the ground at hearing that. "Wh...Whaaa?" Tohma blinked as he scrambled to his feet. "What makes you say that?" "Seven arcs is making a Nanoha movie and none of us are in it!" The obviously distressed woman stomped her foot on the ground. "Uh, Lily, it's set over sixteen years ago, none of us were really doing much back then." Isis chuckled softly before Lily whirled on her. "So?! We all know how things happened back then! Do a movie or an OVA about the current time frame! Especially since I'm obviously the best female in this universe." "How do you figure?" Veyron snarked at her as he stood up, he didn't need this complete insanity, he had puppies to kick and children to eat. "Obviously, despite all the fanservice that this series has between the lolis of old and the busty adult women, I'm the only one who has nipples!" "How does that make you superior?" "Quiet, Squall!" "Hey Touma, could you put Lily down for a second?" "Huh?" Touma and Lily both blinked. "Why?" "Just do it!" Isis insisted, tugging on his sleeve slightly. With a shrug, Touma set the long haired girl down on a patch of grass. "If you wanted to rest you could have just said so..." "That's not it." Isis dismissed with a wave of her hand. "Now pick her up again." "..." The boy looked at the merchant incredulously. "I don't get you. I just..." He bent to allow Lily on his back again, but Isis stopped him. "Not like that! Put one arm under her legs and one on her back!" She instructed. Giving up on questioning the girl, Touma did as he was instructed and lifted Lily up in a princess carry. "Anything else I can do for you today, miss?" He asked Isis sarcastically. "Turn around." Isis grinned as Touma did so. "Ok, now wha... GAH!" He grunted as he felt something collide with his back. Directly afterwards arms circled his neck and legs wrapped around his waist. "Now you can carry both of us!" Isis cheered. "Hey! What am I, a pack mule?!" Touma cried. Lily smiled at her companions, grateful she had met such wonderful people. __________________
