Miku Onstage, Shiori Penalty, Natsumi Teaching, and Mana Research are in Encore 3 as expected. There's already summary on almost all of them except Natsumi Teaching which I've been waiting for someone to make a summary of it. There's another very short story (like couple of pages) called Cat Cafe A Live which is already translated.

There are 2 new short stories in Encore 3 which are Spirit Merry Christmas and Kurumi Santa Claus. If these take place during Christmas then that means it's either after Origami's arc or before vol 1. If they takes place after vol 11 then I guess there won't be a Christmas themed spirit, or they take place before vol 1 and it's a hint the next arc or spirit revolves around Christmas.

The DaL Encore are stories with a different character focus than the normal novels (like Mana Research that is from the POV of Mana looking for the harem of her onii-chan) that do not correspond to any volume, but are as canon as the novels, like the Liberal Arts City Arc or Norse Mythology Arc in To aru that are adventures of Misaka and Kaori outside Academy City. Or even the SS Volumes like the one that introduces hamazura.

Just found out that the new short stories in Encore 3 indeed take place after vol 11. So looks like some people including me were wrong about the next spirit being Christmas themed. So vol 12 should take place in January the earliest.

The problem with these two is that they fit any of our next occasions: Christmas, New Year, and Valentines. So it's hard to choose for me.

2, represents the wisdom from these three occasions... and these occasions have 2 sides in them as well, the "Commercialized" occasions and it's "True" meaning.
Christmas: Giving is better than receiving, Forgive others no matter how big their sin is, or Hope never dies, it's reborn.
New Year: Grow up, turn a new leaf, be a better you this year theme.
Valentines: Crushes are temporary, love is forever etc...

and 6... well... just look at what it represents.
