can i have an avatar for this pic with border like Frailty? i tried to do it myself but it didn't turn out as good as i wanted, please fit all of her face and hair into it

same request.. one is AS safe and another is 128x128 (using in other forums)
both are rendered as possible.. just focus from top to her chest.

Here you go. I couldn't open the jpg file into Photoshop because it had the wrong jpeg marker. So I changed it into a png file and this is the result!
