I think there is no Official sakutaro except the ones thar comes with Maria dolfie.

There is a video somewhere on nicovideo of somebody doing it . Maybe if you have skill you should be able to copy him/her

It's a plush pillow made by Chambre brand in their Animal Parade line, sold a few years ago. They've gone out of production since.

AmiAmi is cheaper then Himeyashop (1785 yen = 20$, compared to Himeya's 28$), and you can opt for cheaper shipping too. Himeya only had 18$ shipping...
