That kind of confirm what I said
The older the animal will beat his death, the harder the meat. Is isn't for nothing than the meat of a old cow will be good pretty much to only for ground beef.

Not much trust in government food quality regulations eh?

So random tidbit, I have eaten McDonald's and had Starbucks basically everywhere that I travel .. yes, I'm odd, but it's a habit of mine to try them for curiousity's sake.

There is a noticeable difference in quality at (edit) McDonald's between:
Canada // Europe // Japan
U.S. // Aruba (might as well be U.S.)
Others (Mexico, Bahamas)

Maria Wallace, who voiced Edna Krabappel on The Simpsons, passed away at age 70.

Quote:
Marcia Wallace, an Emmy-winning character actress on two of TV's most enduring shows, has died. She was 70.

Wallace passed away Friday in Los Angeles. Her cause of death was not immediately announced, but Cathryn Michon, who co-wrote and directed Wallace's final movie, "Muffin Top," gave this statement to Deadline: "She passed at 9 p.m. last night due to complications from breast cancer of which she was a long and proud survivor and advocate for women and healing. Ironically it was during breast cancer awareness month during which she was always a funny ray of hope for so many. I’m devastated."

Wallace rose to fame in the 1970s as joke-cracking receptionist Carol Kester on "The Bob Newhart Show." The role of Kester was written specifically for Wallace after producers took note of her many appearances on "The Merv Griffin Show."

In 1992, Wallace earned an Emmy for her voice-over work on "The Simpsons" as Bart's long-suffering Springfield Elementary School teacher Edna Krabappel, who had an affinity for men, booze, and cigarettes. Wallace provided the pipes for other "Simpsons" characters, including Ms. Mellon in "Bart the Genius," Enchantra in "Marge Gamer," and Mrs. Krabapatra in "Simpsons Bible Stories."
If they follow the now traditional pattern, then Mrs. Krabappel will be quietly retired from the show and won't have a replacement VA (The Simpsons, provided they don't get canceled by Fox in the near/far future, will probably slip the key under the door themselves, should either Dan Castellaneta, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwright or Yeardley Smith pass away in real life...some series just can't continue without their main characters). It's quite unnerving, though: just before season 25 started, the staff announced that a regular member of the Simpsons would die, and they offered no clue on the said individual's identity other than that his/her VA had received an award for voicing him/her. Maybe it was Wallace after all and, by foresight, she arranged for Mrs. Krabappel to be retired from the lineup.

Anyway, I'm going to miss her trademark "HA!".

Wow, that's sad. She was great, so much snark.
