I find it impossible for 10kb or less unless you really want to cut down on the quality and animation; I refuse to do that, so do it yourself.

- Specify time lapse for each frame
- Looped


As for the cropped area...meh, I think you should've just included Kakashi as well, but it's up to you. And next time, make the cropped area 100x100 if possible.

Is there anything you can do about the Oro-mask one. Grav...? (assuming you think it's avatar-worthy) For some reason, each frame takes an insane amount of file size for me and severly limited the number of frames I could use.

it looks like its got alot of double frams or something....same with that bad quality jiraiya you earlyer....not sure but it looks like you could delete a bunch of frames and probley get it in better quality.

Isn't is obvious? The ratio between empty space on the left : Kakashi and Naruto : empty space on the right is clearly 2 : 7 : 1 in your animation.
