I am not saying Sakura is a great ninja, but I think she contributes to the show in some way or another. It is just a matter of perception. I respect your view, and so I hope you will respect mine. Thank you.

Sakura has great teamwork and very useful during many battles (doesn't mean she has to be the strongest to be useful,

u know?).. it's true that some ppl enjoy to hate Sakura

, but MANY ppl like me enjoy to like Sakura..

i've post this earilier but i'll repeat this again, it's her that make me so into this anime and continue to watch it.. Muhahahahahaaaa

btw. Aren't all the 9 rookies special? They are the first rookies in (what 5 years?) to attend the chuunin exam... and all of 'em got out from the forrest of death. So if you are comparing Sakura to any of the other rookies, you are not comparing her with normal ninjas.

Didn't 3rd say Oro was a "once in a decade genius". And people talk about Sasuke as a genius, I think he is way behind the true geniuses (Kages/Sannins/Kakashi/Itatchi). Well maybe that's because he lost his clan which would have tutored him.

So Sakura would be like Lee, doesn't have any special arts, but has the potential to grow up to almost genius level. Sakura just hasn't used her potential yet.

True, but being merely better than normal ninja is as good as "useless" compared to Naruto and Sasuke when fighting much stronger opponents like everyone expects them to.

Don't forget to mention Neji on that list; Neji is definitely a genius to be able to master entirely on his own two of the best moves in the Hyuga Clan only passed on to the main family. Yah, I don't think Sasuke is exactly up to the "genius" level of Neji, Oro, Kakashi, Yondaime, Sarutobi, or Itachi. As for Jiraiya and Tsunade, we know they ended up great, but their performances at younger age are relatively unknown; Jiraiya for one was worse than Naruto. XD

Sakura has the potential to become a genjutsu specialist...that's it; she isn't one yet, so until she does, people will still say she is the weakest.

ok, kidding. Well, I think it is about time she started impressing the guys. Her tree climbing won't do anylonger. Naruto is waaay ahead even there. I want some real useless huge forehead action soon. I am a little tired of her always shouting, saying or whispering "Sasuke kun"

Kakashi should take responisbility and train her a little. He seems to be more concerned about Sasuke than the other two, yet that might not be the case.

Yeah, I guess. Wonder how long it'll take the creator to get that far.. I mean, Naruto is pretty huge already. Does he intend to take a break? Make something else? (Ok, off topic now, sry).

I am not sure about Tsunade... you did see her in the anime with Oro and Jiraya, and I wonder: Was she useless? There is always hope, considering what Naruto became. I hope she'll pick up a few tricks someday.

For Sakura, her talents are in genjutsu, so the best is to keep improving in that aspect, though other aspects like physical stamina and chakra stamina shouldn't be neglected of course.

Well the author ain't alone, he has a team of ppl to rely on. And I think for getting this far for both the anime and manga, u can't look at it as a job or chore, rather as a hobby, interest. And the support of ur colleagues and family are very important =)

Hey, thanks for answering this. I am after all "new in buisness" when it comes to manga/anime. I have no idea how those guys work. All I know is that I am worried they'll just pack their suitcases full of money and travel to the states or something

Hope they'll keep it up.. and provide Sakura with a few skills

I always hoped she would have a giant cat in her belly. That way she could arrange a date for it with Naruto's fox.

Now I am babbeling. Sry, really, I wanted her to show a talent. Just something. Some day. Her Genjutsu has been pretty lame, only containing "Kai!": A release. Even Shikamaru managed that (in arena).

Ok I was thinking back to the early early episodes and I decided it was unjust that Naruto got tied to the tree.

At least he tried to get the bells while Sakura did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Why is lack of any effort rewarded?

I think Kakashi just wanted to teach Naruto a lesson, not to get too over rambunctious and eager. Tying Sakura to a tree wouldn't teach her a lesson, she's probably just dream of Sasuke being her knight in shining armor.

I think its more the fact he tried to eat for himself aswell, not feeding him furthered that punishment

Well,Sakura,to me,is a "serious" girl character rather then a typical "cute" girl styreotype found,often in Anime,but then again,she still has her cute moments.^^
