Well, I can't really agree with that... I like Kamisama Dolls a lot as a whole, but Utao's easily my favorite character. I wouldn't mind if she got about 20 minutes of screentime per episode.

Count me in with those that really enjoyed this episode, though. Crazy Glasses Girl is a great addition to the cast, and this was just a very solid episode in general.

Kuuko was AMAZING, easily the most badass female character I've ever seen. I like how she ironically just slaps sword-wielding mecha dolls with realism by pulling guns. Normally people with swords in modern day never come face to face with modern weapons for whatever reason and swords always seem like the most powerful weapon, so I thought it was pretty refreshing to see a supposed god-wielder at gunpoint.

I also like how much faster the series is now, as well as the jump in animation quality. If they keep it up, Kamisama Dolls might actually be one of the best of the season, if not the best.

Utao's face is so expressive. The animator must be having a lot of fun animating Utao.

Kuuko is definitely a nice addition to the cast. I'm not the only one who thinks her and Aki are made for each other, am I? They are both just as nuts. It was pretty smart of Aki to go back to her apartment after pretending to escape. I wouldn't have searched for him there either.

The shota being Utao's is not a twist I'm too fond of. It seems a bit pointless, but I'll wait for an explanation before judging.

Well I for one wasn't going to drop this after 4 eps, and just like I said, the fight between Koushiro and Aki back in ep 03 was the lead-in for ep 04. At least we got to see the cause for Aki dumpster diving

Still though, the best part of the ep was... Hibino's bath scene Utao's face. Er wait I think I got my priorities wrong... still though, 4 eps in and Utao's face remains as highly expressive as ever. I may have thought Houki was so expressive, but Utao has some serious facial muscles

Erm yeah Hibino's big ones... heh... Ahem, ah yes the best part of the ep: Kuuko interrogating Aki. Lawl modified airgun, she even made it full auto? Even better, this girl doesn't mind going out no-bra

I really like though, how Kyohei's past is all coming together one by one. Seems though Hibino's going to still stand by him, so I'm wondering now when he's going to start robattling and when is the KanaHanazawa girl going to show up? Was she in the preview? (connection had to crap out at the credits, so I didn't see it and no way I'm going through that again )

The whole "Oniichan" part floored me. Kyohei's got a handful in Utao, and now there's another one? What interested most of all though, was he recognized the kid's Doll. I kinda like the design of that fish looking thing

Is Utao's twin a boy?? if it is then it is too absurd. They are identical, so they must be the same sex. It all depends if they (Author &co.) want to have monozygotic twins or dizygotic ones. If the purpose of this was to have a boy, then they should be different, after all dizygotic twins are just like any other siblings, except that they are conceived the same day.

Kuuko is not someone who gives up easily.. Stripped down, gun and taser.. Aki won't be comfortable staying there..

Yes it's a boy, and I don't think anyone claimed they were identical. They may or may not literally be twins, but if they are they're fraternal twins. I don't think they look identical - just very similar, and there's nothing unrealistic about that.

anyway i did not expect Aki + Kuuko scenes to be that good, they match well

finally a little bit more about the past was revealed, Kyohei's sensei seems to have the same hair colour with Utao, not sure that means anything

Wait, is his gender confirmed in the manga? Well either way, it's really not that hard for even fraternal twins to look nearly identical if they have the same hairstyle. Besides that, there's a definite distinction between the two, so I doubt they're meant to look EXACTLY the same.
