She especifically calls Shion "otōto" in Ep1 while she was arguing with her father. About the hairstyle, they are twins, so one would only expect them to be very similar.

Then why dont they make his renumeration is eating Pocky...

It will be hillarious see someone as cool as November 11 eating Pocky...

But then if it's that, we wont hear the famous line of him about smoke...

The Einstein refrigerator was patented in the US on November 11, 1930.

On another note, Suou sure got the short end of the stick with her power. Spawning a rifle that requires maintenance isn't very convenient.

Suou, on the other hand, clings to retain the hope at preserving her humanity evidenced for her unwillingness to use her powers to kill without reasons.

Hei's harsh at her training to shake off her irregularities, but it's understandable since he's still not being able to make comeback of his attitude from the previous season at this point.
