I am glad its going a second season. It would be a proverbial train wreck to try to stuff an ending into the last 3 eps.

I know it has been said before but again we still need to see the following:

1. How Hina will either join Aoba and eventually develop a relationship with the Cygns crew. You can tell in her voice inflection when she was telling him Dio was waiting for him.

2. Time displacement and phenomena. The boards theory that the Dr's use of using forward time travel to sync the Coupling system gives a good place to see where time travel may develop from that.

3. And the all important reason: how ill Bizon go off the deep end!

I have enjoyed this show from the beginning. The characters are likable, and pacing for the story development is good. Although time travel can be used too much (Voyager and Enterprise) even then, time travel allows for the "what if" scenarios to play out on screen. In fact I wonder if time travel will be presented as the single point of Hina going back in time or will Aoba use time travel to affect the whole history of the world as a a whole later in the story?

I really like the characters of this show especially Aoba and Alfried Gallant. This show does not feel rushed like valvrave the show is taking its time gradually taking its time telling its story.From where this first half of this show is going its pretty obvious Aoba is going to get captured by zogillia. Its strongly hinted throughout the show.
I remember in episode 2 the captain did not want Aoba in a detention cell because it would foster bitterness. With hinas emotions conflicted with Aoba and the current suspicion placed on she may have no choice but capture to Aoba regardless of her emotions and to protect him from her teamates.
Aoba is currently depressed that he cant return to his own timeline and the person who saved in his own eyes is gone for good. If Hina does capture Aoba it may cause him to be bitter towards her not knowing her true intentions toward him.
He may feel betrayed because he did save her and let her go in hinas case its different shes going to have to destroy any trust he has towards her and by capturing him shes protecting him

I'm still skeptical though of what it has to do with Coupling System and Time Travel. Maybe Dr. Hahn will accidentally discover the latter at some point and use it as an advantage.

I just hope it doesn't end up like Valvrave. In more ways than one. Hopefully it will use the next 12 after this season ends, to expand on the story and characters rather than hold off until the last several episodes to do so.

. I'm really glad. Because we have only 3 episodes left this season. That would have been a very rushed ending if it was only one cour.

We're in for a interesting 2nd cour if she actually defects by the end of this season. Although I don't know how the Alliance would treat ex-Zogilia soldiers that want to join their side. At least Aoba can come to her defense if they want to lock her up...
