But Aleister, albeit superficially, has a right cause of "law of the nature". Aeon of Horus is destined to come after Aeon of Osiris, thus what Aleister is doing from a higher objective stand point technically isn't something that is "wrong".
Of course, who knows for what purpose Aleister is doing this.

Basically isn't the Horusian concept grounded on the individual forcing change on the world?

As opposed to the Osirian deriving his power from a God

It wouldn't be too much of an irony. GREMLIN is an irregular org that employs science together w/ magic in order to usurp both sides. It doesn't sound that strange.

For Othinus to actual consider Aleister a specimen for some experiment, either she's very foolish and is like Fiamma pre-V22 or she very much knows about his theories and has embraced them in her own way. If Birdway could study him and his concepts, I can't see why Othinus would be ignorant of Horusian Age.

I'm not even sure that Othinus specifically wants Aleister. She wants to create a new type of esper and one which wasn't altered by science. Aleister is pretty altered being for me with all those machine supporting him.

What if their is someone other than Aleister inside that windowless building. Aleister's illusions are already broken from what he said before but maybe he still clings to his past or something. To get revenge on this world.... I can't really read much into Aleister being his mysterious but still. I think their is more to that windowless building.

Only the wife was mentioned to have been used in a magical experiment. Assuming we're following the RL Crowley. there are several daughters:

We've been through this before; the only time the story ever talks about Crowley's past is in vol 7.

If you choose to believe that then you would also have to believe that he died shortlt after WW2.

We know Kamachi has taken some creative liberaties with his Crowley, we dont know how he wants to address the issue of his family yet. That is still a blank.

I wonder what happened to Maria, Ollerus and Fiamma didn't actually move Touma, did they, so is she still there? I wonder what she'll do now, go back to Academy City or hang around Touma a bit more? I must admit, the idea of Maria becoming Touma's maid has caught in my imagination. A meeting between Silvia and Maria would be pretty amazing too.

I'm interested in what they were saying about 'generations' of Imagine Breaker. Is it really something that was stuck on him and that can be taken away, or when Fiamma mentioned GREMLIN wanting the next gen Imagine Breaker because they can't work with Touma, he meant them doing what he did, not knowing the arm grows back?

In any case, Touma got involved in order to find out about Imagine Breaker's secrets, and if anyone short of Aleister can fill him in, Ollerus and Fiamma can. I wonder if this will be a turning point for Touma?

it was a nice volume, but i didn't really care much because they're all new characters. the kihara's are entertaining as usual though, no wonder they're my favorite family (?).

question on the last title for vol 4. Why was it not translated fully and some kanji? was left beside the english letters. Is it meant to be that way because their is meaning to it?

it's clan that still follows the bloodline though that's for the current Kihara's mentioned. They are linked by blood. They could die and a new bloodline would be produce or someone will claim the title Kihara.

I also liked the idea of Maria becoming Touma's maid

I want to see the reaction of Tsuchimikado if he saw it.
