It could be possible that the trigger was that Suigintou and Shinku had the same medium. But due to some event, the medium always prefer Shinku over Suigintou (who gets jealous and then snaps later) which may cause Suigintou to begin despising Shinku and then she may do something dramastic (like killing the medium), in revenge Shinku begins to call Suigintou "junk" because she is a disgrace to the Rozen Maiden because she disrespected their Father's words of not harming humans in their Alice Game.

That hatred is inherent in her, because it stems from the way she was built. Simply, she has an inferiority complex due to her incompleteness, and she reacts violently when its evoked. It'll be very very interesting to see how she changes in Season 3. But thats off-topic. I'm hoping for Ouverture that we'll see that that hole-in-stomach wasnt always there.

No. the word 'Junk' makes Suigintou hime-sama really mad. Now a doll who used to say 'Junk' to her every time they meet. That makes Suigintou hime-sama really really mad everytime she sees Shinku.

And being mad every time Suigintou hime-sama meets Shinku only means one thing: Pathological hatred.

So yup, I think that is the trigger. Suigintou hime-sama's lack of a belly and Shinku's policy of calling Suigintou hime-sama 'Junk' in the past.

the reason why shinku calls gin junk is that she had "lost" her middle section (oki not funny )
well tbh gin already knows herself that she isnt complete and that this make her and "unfinished product" but by calling her junk (a strong word to piss her off) its obviously stating the obvious which plucks at gin's angry string and she flips
all shinku's fault for the mind trauma!

Yep, that's the point I'm trying to make.

Let's say that I'm obese and then someone comes to me and say "Fat". And do that every time he sees me.

What will happen to me?

Obviously I'm going to be really pissed, and that anger would evolve into hatred.

I'm thinking that Overture could be Suigintou reflecting on her past or that she could be telling Megu about it as Bara is in it as well. Another possiblity is that she is thinking/dreaming about her past while being in her box in the church.
