In this episode, Terra Nova has a pest problem with a flock of smaller Pterosaur-like reptiles that's been attacking the colony. As it turns, the colony was once the flocks old nesting ground and they are determined to nest to the point of killing humans. As Terra Nova scientists try to find a way to stop the flock, Jim learns that his wife may have been recruited to Terra Nova by Dr Malcolm, her ex-boyfriend. Also some sub-plot romance between Josh and Skye and also Maddy and Reynolds.
