Should be 12 altogether. I suspect 3 episodes for the coming arc and then a final lone episode (just like last season) including a cliffhanger. We can only hope there will be more. Fingers crossed.

With Haqua and Elsie not aging, and the fact that they have an enormous amount of loose souls to catch, does Keima age as well? Or due to his contract, he will no longer age?

Not sure. As seen with Elsee and Haqua the current generation of loose soul hunters are relatively newbies.

Elsee was already scraping off the bottom by Chief Dokuro.

The only thing magically connected to Keima is a bomb collar. So likely he'll age normally.

I would guess the collars have a natural death loophole. Kida dumb to kill a worker just because his human partner can no longer do the job.

A very amusing episode the comedy was just gold and Elsie was cute with her showing interest in Keima's interest, though I didn't expect Haqua to use the same line as Elsie to his mother... .

I know the initial DVD sales have been very disappointing. However, I did hear that sales haven't dropped off after the initial sales the way most DVD sales do. So maybe there is still hope that they'll make a third season 2 or 3 years down the road.

@Back to topic: I found this episode AWESOME! Lots of funny parts, the history of VNs, Haqua pulling off the "illegitimate child" trick which drove Keima's Mom mad, the animation on Haqua's report, LC getting mad, and all that.

I hated Shimono Hiro's voice in Yosuga no Sora. I don't know if you are watching Sket Dance which is currently on going.... He is absolutely over the top and down right hilarious. He is even better as Yoshi in Baka Test. This show is definitely one of his better work. As for the twin tail *whisper mode, so lolitron doesn't get wind of somebody is talking about twintail... that sure brings back pleasant memory.

Looking forward to episode 9.

It's drawn funnier in the manga though with Keima having really sharp predatory teeth

Great and funny episode

First he have keima teach Elsie about the history of dating sims. Then Elsie already picks the right one out of three versions, but gets sidetracked by something even more expensive - which however is an anime
It's Keima's fault there for not having told her about anime.

Second half with Haqua appearing is even better
She teels the miniature doll Keima that he's perverted, and he acts accordingly and f*cks doll Haqua
Of course, in that moment, Elsie has to come in... she looks pretty jealous already back then. It seems she already knows the real reason Haqua came back. Later, when Haqua leaves again and keima is still too dense to understand Haqua came back for *him*, Elsie's jealousy spikes, and she locks him out

Hope we'll see more of Haqua soon.
