Oh yeah, this is going to be good. If anyone can bring gundam back to the masses, aka to the children, then Takuzo Nagano and Level 5 are the boys.
Thank goddam, if it was another gundam TV series with girly character design i would smear crap all over bandai/sunrise's HQ building.

I'm giving this a chance, until the 13th ep. Hopefully it delivers. I honestly was overwhelmed when it was leaked, but after the PV, I'm kinda hopeful now.

I must say this place and one other forum are kinda peaceful toward Gundam AGE. Most of other places it's a shitstorm if you ask me. The reaction is even worst than what we have after GSD.

I think most of us are just excited for a new Gundam TV series. And it is really close to being broadcasted as well, not like one or two years away.

The animation quality looks pretty solid from the preview, which is to be expected. I'm not entirely loving the support characters, but everything else looks good [and did I spy AGE-1 making a Seed-pose?]. I'll definitely be following this as it comes out.

I'm wondering, though. Is the same core Gundam going to be retained throughout? Even with a learning computer and add-on equipment, the basic technology of the thing's going to be pretty old once the grandson gets it. Three human generations is a long time in terms of mechanical design, after all. So is AGE-1 and its gear just the first guy's suit, and it's simply the learning computer that'll be passed down?
It'd be odd if they skipped the usual 'Mid-Season Upgrade', after all.

Has the number of episodes been confirmed yet? A standard 50 episode series seems -at least to me- like it might have pacing issues considering there's 3 generations worth of story
