Well, back in the day, it was easy to order online (you just had to have a credit card and pay for shipping). Now it'd be a matter of finding a store that still has stock and will ship overseas... or you'd have to go the proxy route.

Took a look at it through image searches. Pretty cute. I guess if you really are desperate you could always look for some slightly shady contractors on ebay (heck, even on amazon there is one) and buy it for some 100 USD.
