Man, it feels like the PV spoils the entire movie for me: Mochizou tells Tamoka he loves her, awkward moment between the two of them and at the very end Tamoka accepts the feelings while Mochizou is about to leave for Tokyo.

and they will have a time skip with they are having kid(s) of their own in the epilogue?
I think Tamako Love Story is my favorite movie of all time. I teared up several times during the movie.
First, I’ll summarize the parts I liked about the movie. Then, I’ll summarize the seiyuu event that took place afterwards with Suzaki Aya, Tamaru Atsushi, Kaneko Yuuki, Nagatsuma Juri, and Yamazaki Takumi (Dera) as host.
(Because I am still in the middle of writing the whole summary, I will edit this post as I finish).
Spoiler for Tamako Love Story:
Before Tamako Love Story, there’s the short 南の島のデラちゃん. It is really short, probably less than 10 minutes long. It begins with the Prince and Choi making mochi, with Dera watching over them in the shade. When it comes time to shape the mochi, Dera makes a peach mochi, which Choi mistakes as an oshiri mochi, causing her to get angry. Afterwards, Dera makes what appears to be an oppai mochi, causing Choi to slap Dera (Dera’s blood everywhere). The Prince sees the mochi, saying he loves these kinds of mochi, causing Choi to get all embarrassed thinking that the Prince loves ecchi stuff. But then we see the mochi from another angle, and we realize that it’s in fact a Dera-shaped mochi (Dera’s pink feather acting as a nipple). 南の島のデラちゃん END.
The movie begins with Mochizou summarizing the history of Mochizou and Tamako’s relationship. We get to see Tamako and Mochizou grow up together, beginning as babies, then as elementary, middle, and high schoolers. It appears Mochizou first made the paper cups for Tamako when Tamako’s mother died. When Tamako gets contacts in high school, we see Mochizou blush, and it appears his feelings for Tamako begin to change.
The opening theme for the movie plays, KOI NO UTA.
The baton club is practicing in the gym, when Kanna notices a poster for the Usagiyama Marching Festival. Kanna proposes to the rest of the club that they join the festival. Midori has doubts, since there isn’t much time to practice, and Tamako says she’ll be busy thinking up of new mochi for the festival. But then Kanna makes a rousing speech, even going on top of the stage in the gymnasium, although she quickly comes back down after she realizes how high it is because she is afraid of heights. She says how this will be their last chance to make memories together as the baton club, and everyone agrees to participate, praising her as President (to the frustration of Midori).
Mochizou is in the movie research club clubroom, editing a movie on his laptop. Looking bored, he switches to a clip of Tamako. His clubmates see a brochure on his desk, and ask him what it is. He says that he is planning going to Tokyo to further study filmmaking. His clubmates are surprised, then ask him if he’s told Tamako, and Mochizou gets all embarassed.
Outside the gym, Tamako grabs Midori’s butt. Midori gets embarassed asks what that was for, and Tamako says she’s trying to come up with new ideas for mochi, and is wondering if an oshiri mochi would be any good. Kanna sticks out her butt and offers Tamako to grab it. When Shiori walks up, Kanna says she should offer her butt to Tamako too. Shiori wonderes if there’s something on her butt, but Kanna says nevermind, saying that she just wanted to offer the Hentai Mochi Girl (Tamako) her cooperation.
When Mochizou returns from school, he runs into his dad, who refuses to talk to him since he doesn’t want him to go to Tokyo. His mother is alright with it though, but she tells him that he better tell Tamako. Mochizou gets embarassed again. Mochizou goes upstairs and grabs the paper cups. Mochizou throws Tamako’s cup towards her room, deciding that if Tamako catches it, he’ll not only tell her that he’s going to Tokyo, but that he’ll confess too. To his surprise, Tamako does catch it. He can’t believe it, because he guesses Tamako hasn’t caught it the past 100 times, and of all the times she had to catch it, it had to be today. But then Anko shouts that it’s not her sister, but Anko. Mochizou looks again, and realizes that he mistook Anko for Tamako. Anko throws the cup back at Mochizou’s request (one of the cutest scenes in the movie), and Anko waves goodbye.
When Mochizou goes to Bunny Bath, he accidently bumps into Tamako and Anko. Mochizou drops all his stuff, causing Tamako to chide Mochizou. Tamako tells him that starting from tomorrow, she’ll be leaving for school early to practice for the Usagiyama Marching Festival, and asks him for his support. Mochizou says yeah, still shaken. Inside, Anko takes off her clothes (we get to see her naked from the back, although not the front), while Tamako talks to her about oshiri mochi, which Anko says dad will never accept. Tamako walks into the bath, when she realizes she still has her contacts in, although she figures just once is fine. Because she has her contacts on, she notices how big everyone’s breasts are, causing her to look down at her own breasts in disappointment. But then she also thinks of a new mochi idea: oppai mochi. Tamako tries to discuss the idea with Anko, but Anko says she’d rather just leave the bath early instead.
Damn, that's one strong endorsement. I was always fairly interested in the movie, but the fact that someone can feel this strongly about it raises my excitement quite a bit.

Outside the gym, Tamako grabs Midori’s butt.
... I think this might end up being a lot of people's favorite movie of all time, actually.
At school, Tamako goes to the bathroom while Midori waits for her outside. Midori catches Mochizou coming out of the boy’s bathroom, and this is when she tells him that she knows how Mochizou feels about Tamako. After Mochizou gets embarassed, Mochizou tells Midori that he’s going to study in Tokyo, and that he plans on telling Tamako how he feels. Midori asks her when, and after Mochizou loses in rock-paper-scissors, Mochizou almost admits today, before he covers his mouth and stops himself. But Midori understood him, and Mochizou starts crying in front of the bathroom door. Tamako walks out of the girl’s bathroom, and asks Mochizou what’s wrong, wondering if he didn’t make it to the bathroom in time or something. Midori tells Tamako that Mochizou has something to tell her today, and Tamako says that he’ll meet Mochizou after practice. Mochizou says okay, still crying. As Midori and Tamako walk away, Midori sighs, causing Tamako to ask her what’s wrong. Midori says it’s nothing, just that she doesn’t like herself too much sometimes. Tamako says it’s okay, because Tamako loves Midori twice as much, covering for Midori’s portion as well. Midori smiles and says thanks.
Tamako meets Mochizou in front of the river after school. She asks him what he wants to talk about, asking him if it’s about Usagiyama, a new movie research club project, or maybe even mochi. But Mochizou says it’s related to none of that, although he does say it’s kind of related to mochi, specifically Mochizou. Tamako looks out at the river and suddenly gets a sad look on her face, recalling that Mochizou used to push her into the river a lot when they were kids (very cute). Mochizou pretends not to remember too well. Suddenly, Mochizou jumps onto the rocks in the river, and Tamako chases after him. Mochizou just looks at Tamako, and Tamako smiles at him. Suddenly, Tamako almost falls into the river, but Mochizou catches her on the arm. Tamako thanks him, saying that it’s the opposite of when they were kids. Still holding onto her arm, Mochizou says that he’s going to study film studies in Tokyo. Tamako slowly says “To…kyo…” Mochizou then says that he wants to tell her his feelings before he leaves for Tokyo, and that he loves her. Loves her a lot. It is silent for a while, then Tamako stammers “wait, what are you saying Mochizou?” before falling into the river. Tamako’s face is pale white underneath the river, with bubbles coming out of her mouth, before she gets up. Mochizou asks her is she’s okay, and Tamako repeatedly says that she is, switching between various Kansai dialects each time, sounding almost completely incomprehensible. Mochizou doesn’t know how to react, and Tamako slowly starts walking away, before turning into a full Tamako-like sprint (you see this sprint several times throughout the movie).
The following scene is one of the best animated scenes in an anime I have ever seen, and kind of hard to describe. Tamako is running in a dream-like state, and asks herself what just happenned. But she doesn’t remember. When she arrives home, she is soaking wet, and her father asks Anko to get her a pair of spare clothes. Meanwhile, Mochizou walks by the store. Tamako’s father sees him, and immediately hides. He then wonders why he did that. Mochizou, seeing that nobody is in the store, leaves Tamako’s bags that she left by the river in front of the door.
After she finishes changing, Tamako walks up to her room. She sees her bags there, and asks Anko how they got there. Anko says that Mochi brought them there, upon which Tamako falls face first into the ground. Anko asks her if she’s okay, then asking her if she has a cold, upon which Tamako responds probably. Anko suggests that she should go to sleep right away. Tamako then goes to sit against the wall, staring at her hand. It is blurry, and it is at this point that she realizes her contacts have fallen out. Meanwhile, in Mochi’s room, Mochizou lets out a loud scream, saying “now I’ve done it…”

Yowzers.... Thanks for writing up such a thorough summary, and I look forward to the rest of it.
