Im looking for really Gore and Intense, violent anime. Something Like "Claymore" where limbs are being cut off etc. If theres any anime with female warriors with the gore included tell me please. It doesn't have to be females though i just do perfer Girl Power. Any with a great plot and character build will do for me. Im really looking for that violence

I Am also looking for Romance anime something like "Nana" thats Highly emotional and heartbreaking. Or Some Romance/Comedy like "School Rumble"

Have you seen Berserk, Basilisk, and Shigurui?
Rurouni Kenshin(Samurai X): Trust & Betrayal is good too.

There's also Gantz, but the manga is better, I think.

Edit: might as well throw Highscool of the Dead into the mix (it has the gore, good plot, alluring women and a good male protags)

For the first request, try Deadman Wonderland : it contains plenty of action and gore you're looking for.

For the second, try We Were There.

Black Lagoon is the classic over the top violence with female warrior that comes to my mind. Will think some more, since I like them too

Girls with guns that I found entertaining are also Noir and Madlax. Not so over the top though.

I am not experience with gory animes but i do know some in romace and romantic-comedy.

Hanasakeru Seishonen (has action but fits the plot)
Aishiteruze Baby
Special A
Kaichou Wa Maid Sama
Vampire Knight (has some gore in it)
Kimi Ni Todoke
Fruits Basket
Hayate No Gotoko (has action and comedy)
Ginban Kaleidoscope

Just finished watching GunSmith Cats, it's a 3 part OAV and it has plenty of gun play, explosions and girls actually using guns expertly.
And I'll second the recommendation on Black Lagoon! The story arc with Roberta is just over the top!!

I am going to second Highschool of the Dead. Rei and Saeko can kick some major ass. Here is a stream.

Shikibane Hime features undead girls kicking ass. Because they are undead the series isn't afraid to even occassionally remove one of the heroine's limbs. It has an American stream.

I've always thought of Claymore as the poor-man's Berserk. Pretty much anything Claymore does, Berserk does better, at least from a storytelling perspective. Looking through the thread, it seems Berserk has already been recommended, but I gotta recommend it again for good measure.
