That extra comic... I swear it's going to give me nightmares!

I wonder how old the Club Prez is and her tolerance to alcohol? She does seem to be at least 25 by now... She seems really concerned about keeping a youthful appearance.
I want to see more of Chiyo- she hasn't given much away about herself thanks to her quiet nature.
Akira really feels like the next Sawa-chan, huh?

Maybe I’m watching too much Nisemonogatari, but why do I get the impression that K-on buchou is actually a 500 year old vampire and Chiyo is her loyal servant/master? When she announced teaming up with people other than your bandmates, I instantly thought of YuiAkira team. Its not that hard to figure out that Kakifly really pushing the pairing this time, not that I’m against it, but I’m starting to miss YuiAzu. Hope the movie get sub soon so that I can get some of that. I also think Kakifly was impressed with how Kyoani managed to create those extra 3-2 girls, and this chapter suggested that he wants to have the same thing with other Uni bands members as well.

EDIT: From the look of it, they have been saving money for the trip, so they must have already gotten themselves a part time job off screen. I guess Anime verson may elaborate on that.

I’m trying to make a list of things Sumire and Nao don’t know yet about the club.
1. Azusa’s nickname

3. How Ton-chan became the club pet
I also discovered that anime producers are kindly enough to left a few traps so that President Azusa can get herself embarrass in front of her kouhai members when they animete Season 3.
Warning!!! This could spoil a little bit of season 3.

New chapter out. Summer hijinks are nothing much to speak of and Okuda continues to have little presence. The only thing of note is we're starting to see the girls' post-high school plans.

Sumire has improved a lot. Yet they've not had a concert that we are aware of yet. Though it is still summer, so one imagines they'll have one for the festival and maybe one or two more after that before Azusa graduates.

Sawako is developing, sort of. Jun wants attention. Ui's only slightly less likely to try to follow into the same college as Yui than Azusa is. Azusa's tsundere kicks in when it comes to her wanting to be back with HTT after high school.

Okuda also wants praise, but it is harder to get with what she does until they actually have a concert, and people "listen to their song".

It's more like Sawa-chan is regressing. She's becoming even less responsible than Jun at this point. And that is what happens when there is no club members like Yui and Ritsu around causing troubles for her and keeping her active. New members are too well behaved for Sawa-chan to handle.

I don't even consider Ui going somewhere else aside JWU a possibility. It seems like Kakifly is trying to make Azusa show more of her dere side which is a good thing. I prefer this over her being cynical and grumpy all the time.

So can anyone tell what guitar Ui might be using from the cover page?

It definitely sounds like Sawa-chan initially wasn't the hardest worker, academically anyways (e.g. "Screw summer classes, I want to rock all day and night!" and perhaps implied to have been forced into the remedial classes in her high school years). Seems that Sawako really wants to pick up the guitar again someday...

Sawako doesn't like that her students are better students than she was. Either it makes her look bad, or implies she might have done it wrong.

At least Yui and Ritsu had issues.

not much to say about this chapter, but somehow I feel that the way the story was told is a bit different than usual, not sure why.

speaking of guitars... I forgot about the previous chapter (about Akira's guitar). I remembered there was a discussion about which year Yui's Les Paul guitar is. And judging by the conversation (it seems that it was implied that Akira's was more vintage than Yui's). So Yui's the newer one then?
