I don't think it's the coloring because if you look at the outline you can see that it is also bent.

10 months because there was EX3 releasing after vol 13 :3

I thought it'd be interesting to know there's this Japanese game of Tokyo Ravens. (I seriously have no idea what it is and how it works but I know there are other versions as well) There's this video where they show the final battle of Kagami and Harutora but it was different to the anime version. It reminded me more of the novel version.

I remember watching the same video recently. That machine is a pachinko, it's a gambling game. Maybe the game is trying to milk some more money out of your pockets while you get hooked on watching the fights.

The new fighting scenes looked great though. Can I assume those were also animated by 8bit? If so, they should have added it on the BDs, seriously that would be awesome.

It's just my guess though.
In the anime I remember the scene when Yakou was talking with Hishamaru and Hishamaru only said she will wait for him no matter how many century will pass.
To be precise, it was in episode 1 when Harutora was in summer remedial class, he saw that as dream while dozing off in class. And in episode 3 when he and Natsume was fighting with Suzuka.

I don't think the other would be able to stand a chance against Yase Douji (IIRC, the one who chased was only Yashamaru) even with Goz, Mez and Kakugyouki were working together.
At the very best, they would able to hold the opponent for some time in order to let Harutora escaped.
