Ones I can think of off the top of my head are Cyber Forumla, F-ZERO, Machine Hayabusa, Yoroshiku Mechadock!, and IGPX.

Oh, and of course, Mach GoGoGo a.k.a Speed Racer.

hahaha cool cool. Haven't seen any speed racers in like 8 years other than the movie. Hmmm... Maybe it is time to review the oldies.

Overdrive bike racing really good anime... It also is really cool how the main character changes himself and everyone else throughout the series.. 26 eps long

I second Cyber Formula. Nice and lot with a great cast of character, excellent storyline and OVAs to round come the end too. And the idea of machine and human racing together is quite refreshing, for then and for now.
