Not that much different. Itsuko will shove Kyon-chan into a yukata and Haruki will shove Mitsuuru into a yukata and Haruki will get bored and loop the universe Higurashi-style. There's really little to change here other than the consideration that Kyon-chan might suck at schoolwork less than Kyon did.

On a more different point, I've recently read First charmed lover last night and I really wonder what Nakagawa would be as a genderbent character.

Spoiler for lover:

Since Nakagawa was a Football player in the story, we could make his genderbent self play some kind of sport other than Football.
Maybe a volleyball player...I'm picturing something like Tomoyo from Clannad...like she can play any sport really well.
Maybe we could also change Nakagawa to Nakamura or Nakanishi...to make it sound more feminine and stuff.
