Just thought I'd share what Im working on now. Critique all you want. And color if you feel like it. As you can see, im no where near done. But its what I have so far.

I was looking at some pictures by Nini, and I liked to style so much, I decided to adapt that to a character of mine. So I guess thats the end result.

MASKS ROCK!!! I love them. I just love photoshop masks. But I noticed it works better on lighter colors. If the colors come down in brightness you get an outline. Anyone know how to correct this? Anyways...heres what I got so far. Its been only 20 min since the last pic. Although I the lines aren't done, I decided to color it anyways.

And yes, its original.

the eyes don't suit..
But the linework ain't bad.

Looking at the overal picture, it's quite nice.
Though i don't like her waste, it looks a bit male.

Please work on the eyes, then it would be quite nice.

give it some gradient, and please not yellow. Eyes are very shaded, so it has a dark/light side. Look up some artwork of Pita Ten on google, you could learn some from that.

OHHHHHH! I didn't know what you meant by the eyes not looking right. I was only using the yellow and the lines as a base. I still wasn't done because all the colors where still bases. So maybe this will go to your liking. As for her waist, yeah I admit it looks a little awkward, but male? I don't quite get what you mean by that. Maybe it doesn't look right since im not finished, but tell me about that more anyways. And whats wrong with yellow?

take out that purple colour of the eye...its strange :S and use gray that would look better

the rest is ok i love her eye
