The Coco ending is the final, "true" ending and IMO the best one. You can't play it after you're done with all the others.

In Coco's route, Hokuto said that Sora can't be counted as a life because she's just a RSD(did I spell it right?) image. Sora confirmed it.
This, though, doesnt necessarly meens that she cant show up as a light point on a map.

Yeah, he found DEAD bodies, thay wouldn't be counted as a life sign. Thay were dead for about 6days - 3 days to decay and 3days to start stinking.
I think, if somebody else stayed - He/She would be with Yoichi.
My guess is that TB infected a limited group of people; there dead, later, started the panic.

Hmm.. they could be dead in the beginning... But there's no life dots for Yoichi and that's why I don't think whatever in IBF won't show on on LeMMIH's scan... especially Sora stated that IBF = different system controlling it. Anyhow it would make more sense if the 3d hologram of LeMU doesn't include HIMMEL and below, otherwise it could have rose suspision long time ago... so it most likely can't be IBF.

The final ending is melodramatic. I personally think You's good ending is more original. Although their plan to summon BW failed... At least You'haru would have told Hokuto and Sara to be siblings etc.

All that brainstorming and a little bit of contradicting myself I come to a IMO final solution... ;0

Spoiler for life readings:

... if we just make a few assumptions:
- life readings and light dots on 3d map are working independent
- Sora is shown as dot but not counted as life
- life readings include people in IBF
- life readings is using infrared to detect life
- Hokuto saw Coco thanks to the infrared vision (neither Sara or Tsugumi were present during his meetings with Coco)
- Yoichi was the only person alive in IBF
1. In Takeshi's route the sixth person is Yoichi and the final life reading showed Coco.
2. In Hokuto's route the sixth person is Coco during her Out-of-body experiences and the final reading showed her as well.

Well, the second point sounds quite ridiculous ;p
But all in all IMHO it sticks together.

don't forget the Third Perspective/Third Eye/4D being--Blick Winkel. A lot of elements/events are subjective of BW, which means they exist because BW observes them.

If you manage to play Coco's arc, then you should find it worth it. However, it's not all that romantic compared to some visual novels.

I've found a "Ever 17 Visual Fan Book" but i can't read japanese, maybe someone else will find it useful, especially the "Making of".

Now i can understand why the Tsugumi sad to the Kid in his storyline that you dont really remeber? (or something like that - that time when they first met alone i mean.)

I finaly completed Soras good ending.
What should i do to get epilog? Becouse reloading game at day sevent didnt work...

Takeshi's epilouge is crap, and meaningless... and if you really want to see it, try finishing up Coco's path, then you will see what I mean.

So, I have just played the trial version, and I'm already hooked. It does look like a very good game, I'm definitely going to buy it ASAP. Sadly I think I will only have money in February, but patience is a virtue.

Those 3files are first (or maybe not) 3images from the link you posted. Nothing special (images, not the link; great link btw)

There's only three commercial non-ero english games that are IMO a must have in any japanese-illiterate Otaku's library: Hourglass of Summer for the romantically inclined, Phantom of the Inferno for the suspense/action inclined, and Ever 17 for the mystery inclined. And considering that one can get one of the first two with a purchase of Ever 17 at Hirameki's store...

Don't mean to sound like a salesman here, but man few things rival the value of that. That's the best 40 bucks an otaku can spend this season IMO.
