Spoiler for Poor shiroe, novel 1 ch3:
now this makes sense Vol 5 ch2 "cake eating contest" "But Akatsuki is fidgeting with her Hakama and peeking at Shiroe occasionally. She takes out kunai and other throwing weapons out of nowhere from time to time, so Shiroe has to keep an eye on her all the time." |

Asuna from SAO? WTF!!!! THERE IS NO F^0KING RESEMBLANCE AT ALL!!!!!
sorry high blood pressure increasing. this is not the place to ask for someone to translate. ask in BT or in 4chan. The translator in 4chan even translates from chinese to english and there is no chinese translations yet for Kanami SS because of copyright problems.

Well, catching up with the novel but I have only gotten to the end of the first goblin war, and that was great. I absolutely adore the interaction between Krusty and the Neet princess and her exposure about the differences between Adventure and Lander. This volume along with the sale-off of FFXIV made me jumped into the MMO train once again .
The only problem I have is the weird pacing of the novel. It keeps jumping around and most of the time, it's just cut off right at the interesting part.

Could be worse, i swear sometimes it felt that every 3rd sentence in DxD was about breasts, now that got distracting from an otherwise decent plot. |

Just re-read volume 3, and curious about this thing: "How is the food taste for Landers, before Akiba find the secret of food making and revolutionize the world with it? Did the kind of dishes that served in the meetings of Eastal League & Round Table already exist, or is it a same tasteless crackers? How is the Landers food taste for Adventurers in that time then?" Thanks in advance for answering.

The food served in the meeting were what the landers recreated after their spies found out the secret from Akiba. The dishes (e.g. Roast beef, bacon, tomato soup) existed, but the taste is as above. The ones selling the food in Akiba are landers so they knew the names and the appearance of the food The adventurers tend to focus on recreating Japanese food while the Landers tried to recreate the food that is on their menu. |

IMHO Mamare still haven't mastered how these scenes should be chopped down at that point, and seemingly trying to improve that in vol. 6 & 7. But until the next vol. I can't really say how better does he get. Quote:
After food revolution, the nobles began to compete the taste of their local food as a matter of status. Many recipes are rediscovered by following the old recipe of menu made food with a lot of experiment. |
