I'm not sure if that is specifically addressed, but I'm pretty sure he'd just be unable to access BB using her neurolinker. It'd likely be treated the same as a non-BB user attempting to use BB with the neurolinker of a BB user.

nah, you see, a neurolink it's as the name suggests a neuro linked device, you can have just one and yours only

an info with source unknown stated that KYH would get a new neurolinker sometime later in volumes yet-to-be-written. That info also indicated that something would happen with it.

Unlikely. Haruyuki and Kuroyuki chatting in volume 5 includes a snippet of them discussing newer neuro-linker models, with the implication that it is possible to move the BB install to a newer model burst linker (though the only difference is graphics quality).

Not the anime. Volume 12, Red Emblem, was where she officially made it known to the members of Nega Nebulas about her relationship with the White King.

Actually she only revealed her relationship with her sister only to Haru in V12,Taku and Chiyu was never told about this in V12.(the old NN members already knew her relationship with her sister).

Haru was shocked but didn't really asked any further questions about this due to KYH breaking down from guilt of her murder of Red Rider.as for the second question at that point in the story no one outside of the ARS realised that Cosmos was the president.NN,Rain and Pard,Ash and Rin only learn about it during the events of V14 - V16.

I'm just going to say that if Rider was still alive Prominence would be strongest Legion aside from Oscillatory Universe and Great Wall.

I never said Rider was stronger than Knight,I said that if Rider still has his BB Prominence would still be at the peak of its power rather than the 30 member Legion it currently is.Rider is not stronger than Knight considering that Blue Knight is the 2nd strongest King with Grandee being the 1st strongest.we don't know who's 3rd to 7th in the Kings powerlevel rank(Rain is the weakest King) 3rd strongest is either Cosmos or Rider though.
Anyway,to explain about Rider!Prominence being stronger than the other Legions excluding OU and GW in terms of overall power is because when Rider was still the Red King,Prominence was bigger than currently is and the members were armed with guns created with Arms Creation,they basically became almost unstoppable and would have stayed that way if it weren't for Cosmos.
On a side note NN's ICBM Strategy was created to counter this,although not always successful due to Pard and Prominence.
