Definitely the best episode up to date.
The German guy is voiced by Kamiya who voiced Axl from SRWOG lol. The German guy's obsession towards Fellini was similar to how Axl was obsessed about Kyousuke!
And Aila....she's adorable. I liked the way she blushed for a moment.
And I want that customized Epyon's gunpla! I like how the heatrod was attached to its back during MS mode there! Definitely needs a model kit in the future!

Don't think the heat rod was ever attached to the back. Just seemed that way for a second due to the perspective (its still attached to the left arm).

And while I'm still a big fan of the original Epyon colors, there is something cool about turning Epyon into a Twin-Headed Dragon Gundam.

Starting to miss Build Strike Full Package. Star Build Strike just isn't as cool without its signature Dispersion mode wings.

If only Reiji didn't act rashly against the Thai champ then they would still have their beam eraser...
but damn... a PG in a fight using mostly HG... just how can the three of them handle it?

Yeah there weren't any innuendos in that scene with Aila and Reiji. With that said, that had to be one of the best gundam battles in the franchise's history. I also had no idea about mega grades so I was probably more surprised by that Zaku 2 than most of you.

This show is total porn for Gundam fans. This battle royal is so good. The end of the episode was mind-blowing, I never expected a model so big to be able to move, nor to even be allowed in this tournament. How long until we get 1/1 Gundams? I assume plavsky particles have their limits, but who knows.

On the non-mecha side of things, Aila and Reiji's relationship is progressing nicely. I expected Aila to be a kuudere back when she was first introduced but she's actually very expressive. She has potential to be best girl (behind Rinko of course).

Star Build Strike's weakness was forced. How many times does Reiji need to be told to not be reckless? You would think Fellini would have told him that in his training…

Spoiler for Episode 11: Anyone complaining about 00 not being in the series (despite there being appearances already) should be happy with all the 00 love here: the Virtue (background appearance in stock footage), the GN-X, the Gundam Dynames (which didn't blow up!) and Soma's Tieren Taozi. Also we get more obscure MSV with SEED's Hyperion Gundam and N Dagger N, and even the Zaku Tank. All in all, this episode had the craziest battles yet, and it's only the beginning of the World Tournament! And of course, given that we already had stuff like Apsalus III's and Gaws, I guess a 1/12 Mega Grade Zaku is the next step, but that was still a MASSIVE surprise! And Fellini you Casanova, you're going to get shanked by all the people whose girlfriends you stole, and not just in Gunpla Battle. It seems like he has it in for Mihoshi however, and it looks like Mihoshi might just be the same. They're also wasting no time shipping Reiji together with Aila. The sexual overtones this episode should provide enough fuel for Pixiv to go critical mass up to next month! On Reiji, an interesting note on youtube's comments is how the the PPSE president refers to Reiji in a highly respectful way ("ano kata"), in a manner reserved only for high nobility, indicating that Reiji's outlandish story may not be so outlandish afterall. Also, Luang is a freaking Badass, doing all that with his Abigorbine even against the Star Build Strike, which we do see does indeed have weaknesses against physical attacks. Nils is calculating as always, and QuattroMeijin Yuuki is trying too hard. Finally, China without glasses is __________________ Against all the evil that hell can conjure, all wickedness that mankind can produce... We will send unto them, only you. Spoiler for Spoiler: I also wonder if Ayla and Reiji are going to be shipped, perhaps even becoming something akin to Bernie and Christina (or Aina and Shiro, if you prefer happier endings) in the tournament. The chairman guy seems like he'll be a big bad of sorts. Of course, we have to see just how much worse Team Nemesis's backer is in comparison.
