Zerg, I Am Your Father
When I was a (little) child, there was always that giant robot crushing the roof to take me away, and that strange and very dangerous Darth Vader Wannabee trying to smother me with his psychic powers. Very scary, you can believe me.
Ok, is this on-topic?

ok does this mean a dream we had as a child or a something we wanted to have??
Oh well, I will answer it in both ways I guess I had a dream once (when I was young) that I was in this airport, then all of the sudden all the people dissapeared, next the lights went out, and then it became very quiet. Before I knew it there was this evil scary polar bear with red glowing eyes chasing me . . . . .then it ended . . . . Ok and for the thing I always wanted as a kid . . . .well a nintendo 64 . . . . . my parents never bought me anything (in terms of games/entertainment devices) and if I wanted something I had to buy it myself. So after about 1 year of managing a lemonade stand and doing anything else I could find I had enough to get a Nintendo 64 . . . . . it was pretty cool being a kid at that age who actually bought thier own sytem |

I think I wanted to be as rich as Bill Gates (I actually admired him). How or why would I do that, I can't say. However, I've grown up so much since that time that, nowadays, I've moved away from Windows and good ol' Billy is the target of many of my feelings of hatred (which are not many, thankfully).

My dream is to become one of the most reputable people in science and win the Nobel Prize. But now that I am considering medicine as a course that dream probably won't happen. Shame huh as I am brilliant at mathematics.

I also wanted to be a teacher. It seemed so right in my mind seeing as how I looked up to the people who were my teachers in primary school. But then I realized there was no way my dream could happen. Being a teacher meant having to stand up in front of the class and talk and talk and talk ... and I couldn't do that. Not for me. I have such bad stage fright even in front of a small group of people. *shivers*

As a kid, i always wanted to be a vet because I really love animals.
But as i grew up, i also began to understand that I'd sometimes have to deal with really sick animals, to the point that they would need a injection to put them out of their misery. And because i cant stand to see animals in pain, I gave up on that dream.. |

As for my childhood dream, I had way too many. I don't remember most of them, probably. But I guess the one dream I'll always have is to get sucked into a dimensional portal and hit the Anime dimension. Childish? Hell yeah. Awesome? You bet.
