It funny I saw screen shot yesterday but didn't realize it was for this. I did get chance to see the translate version of Drama which is very interesting.
Celiss Galvea over at gamefaqs has posted a translation of this one for those who are interested
Spoiler for Picture Book 4:
Stage 9.75: DVD vol 4 Picture Drama
Nunnally: This is so delicious! I wouldn't have expected any less from Onii-sama <3
Lelouch: It's pork Filet Mignon, Alronence*-style. We had pork in the fridge, you see.
*(T/N: ??? I can't figure out what this is: katakana "a - ru - ro - ne - n - su". French?)
Nunnally: This sauce has a mysterious sweetness to it. What did you use for it?
Lelouch: It's Maderash*. For the meat I used wine vinegar and beer.
*(T/N: ??? Katakana: "ma - de - ra - shu". French again? It being a kind of sauce is all I managed to dig up...)
Nunnally: Eheheh <3, I feel like I might get drunk.
Lelouch: Don't worry, Nunnally, we're at home. Take your time eating and have a good sleep afterwards. (T/N: Siscon tone alert!)
Nunnally: Okay, Onii-sama.
<pause>
Nunnally: Are you thinking about what happened back then? (T/N: Back then = 7 years ago... I have no idea how they jumped from the subject of food to this. More importantly, it's scary how Lelouch knows what Nunnally is talking about just by this sentence alone... Siscon.)
Lelouch: No. I don't even want to think about it.
Nunnally: But still, there were good things as well. Like Suzaku-san.
Lelouch: Yeah, that was the only enjoyable part of it. Could be that it's because everything else was so sad and upsetting, but... only that was... (T/N: "That" refers to their time with Suzaku)
Nunnally: Come to think of it, <no pronoun> hasn't come around lately.
Lelouch: Looks like he's busy with his military duties. Suzaku's...
Nunnally: No, I'm talking about C.C.-san.
Lelouch: Wha-! <nearly drops his coffee> ...wh-why...?
Nunnally: ...as I thought, it can't be a date if I'm around. So that's why you have to go out...
Lelouch: No, Nunnally. Sh-she's not my girlfriend or anything... she's my...
Nunnally: Your...?
Lelouch: My... my... <thinking> Argh, think, Lelouch! I can't say partner-in-crime... A friend? A lady who came over in the middle of the night is just a friend? No, that isn't persuasive at all! My school teacher? I've promised my future to my teacher!? No, not possible... I've got it! Nunnally doesn't know what C.C. looks like; should I pass her off as a guy who hasn't hit puberty yet? Or should I... or should I... or should I... or should I... or should I... (T/N: Lelouch... are you stupid or intelligent? I can't decide)
