Even though the message was posted a long time back at the top of the page, I wanted to update what someone said about taking the Amtrak in to Penn Station and then walking to the convention center.
Another option is to take the lightrail from Penn Station to Camden Yards or the Convention Center (one stop before Camden Yards). It's under $2 for a one-way trip and saves you about 40 minutes of walking. |

Aya Hirano & Tetsuya Kakihara are guests this year. I wouldn't say either are absolute favorites but
I do love Haruhi and Simon from Gurren Lagann is one of my absolute favorite characters....so I am pleased at this news. Aya Hirano will also be given a concert on Sunday.

That's only part of the Japanese line-up planned for Otakon so far. Also attending the con (with me suspecting there's going to be some sort of Madoka Magica panel there) are Ai Nonaka (the seiyuu of Kyouko) and Gen Urobuchi (the writer of Madoka Magica and Fate/Zero).
