For some reason I get the message ERROR：コード発行制限中。。。しばらく待って when I try to get my code. Basically, it's telling me to wait because there's an error in retrieving it. This has never happened to me before, and I'm really wondering if this means I'm banned from voting in the final match.

Usually when I get that message I forget...to go back and refresh a few hours later, so I've practically wasted my code but if you go back after a few hours it should work. (or might not work)

1) Gold has been struck! Ah and that's a Pixiv ID so... yes, I've accessed his Pixiv account. Oho, and he's got a B grade artwork, HNNNNNGGGG shot of Azunyan.

Ok, at present my vote is now resting on Azusa. I should give Nagi's side a chance to steal the flag back as I put them on the defensive at the start. Time limit is until I wake up in some 8~9 hours' time.

The generator has some sort of expected votes over time limit for various IP blocks, such as all the IPs registered to a particular foreign ISP. If the number of codes requested gets too far ahead of schedule (which happened after 2 requests for one block I was using that had a suspicious voting pattern and got banned shortly after) you get that error until enough time goes by.

If there's too many people in your block spamming the generator, they can trigger the error again before anybody actually gets a code. The best solution is to find an IP that isn't getting the error. But if you can't, even if the error lasts all day it should stop after people in your time zone have been in bed for a while. I've never seen a limit error from midnight local time last until the morning.
