I didn't notice her eyebrows at all until I learnt it on the K-On general thread.

Thick eyebrows are a moe accessory, if not sexy accessory.

Tsugumi's eyebrows are more moe, Asakura from Haruhi has them sexy.

Well...I've learned again today that you can't doubt eyebrows on a lady. And it makes me wonder...what would it be like Tsumugi sung for the band? She did want to join the choir club.

I actually wondered about that. Did anyone notice that during the ED, it looks like she never opens her mouth, even though Yui and Ritsu seemed to sing along at times?

You are starting to scare me. Or perhaps she has a rather light and sweet tone like my waifu in Sora Kake.

I don't think so. I bet that Mugi's singing voice is good enough, she doesn't want to sing along with Mio and the others.

Perhaps she's so good she makes the others sound terrible and feels bad about it.

she wanted to join the choir before so I'd venture she has a decent voice.

I really like how she sees the basic everyday mundane things, like eating fast-food with friends, as some kind of wonderful experience. I think she's sweet, and honest and a good friend if not a little Miyuki-ish.

Well, that's what I started to think about when I saw videos for Susan. It made me think about Tsumugi singing when the first announcements for K-ON! were being made.

I think many people (including me) believed Tsumugi was going to be the lead singer for this band. Because...keyboard isn't used too often compared to the other three instruments.

Depends on the band and the type of music.

I do suspect that Mugi's singing style is probably less suited for the faster paced songs (like the OP and ED) based on her voice type. A slow ballad on the other hand...

I think Mugi can surprise us and be the singer. The ED can be only a fan-service for Mio's fans!

I agree. You can never expect to know how a person sings based on how they look or talk. You would never expect and girl to ever do vocals for Death Metal songs but there are quite a few that do.

Is it me or did Mugi-chan get the short end of the stick in Episode 3?
