A good, slow transition episode. Now, we see the aftereffects of the SAO incident.
Looks like Kirito forgot that his sword style is not suited in RL. It's good that Kirito visits Asuna regularly but he should have been more assertive about his relationship with Asuna. Why do I get the feeling that Asuna's "fiance" will cause large amount of rage like what happened back in the Accel World thread? Looks like Asuna and most likely the rest of the players are trapped in another game. Kirito coming back to the online world once more.

Oh wow I'm so excited, it seems to me the first 14 episodes actually set up the rescue the princess story.
Love the interaction between Kirito and his sister. New ebil guy is very hateful, so it is a bit strange compared to the really unseen ebil guy from the first section.

Is it just me, or does Suguha sound a little too cute for her image? I certainly wasn't expecting that voice to come out of her, and it's not as if Suguha isn't pretty or anything of the sort. Just... a little too child-like a voice for her looks.

I gave this episode a 9, as an anime only participant. I found very little to dislike about the episode as a whole. I'm also not concerned about the damsel in distress angle, as I have a feeling Kirito's sister will play a roll in helping him bring back the 300 or so gamers who are still trapped. Asuna isn't the only one trapped for crying outloud.
And does anyone really believe his sister is going to be the new love interest? Or that there is some love triangle going on now? Asuna owns Kirito's heart. Even his sister/cousin knows that...

Hmm, according to his profile, it would've been 1987 (386ftw!) when he put that PC together... I have to call bull too.
I doubt there are many parent that would go out and buy a (rather expensive) PC as a toy for their TODDLER, who started walking a few months back, and had just barely begin to form intelligible sentences. |

Nah, what I'm saying is totally realistic. I started learning about computers by installing RAM when I was about six weeks old and took baby steps from there, so by the time I built my first computer the September of '88 I'd been studying for well over a year. The early bird gets the worm, as the old saying goes.

Also, Kirito is sort of tech genius of sorts. It would not be surprising that he had that love of computers, especially considering his mother was so tech savvy herself.

I don't care how tech-savvy your parents are, you ain't learning how to build a computer when you barely know how to talk and read, if at all. read above |

Triple (and more) monitors are a gods gift to people who actually work on their computers. Nuff said.
Computers aren't hard to build. I think AMD taught a monkey to do it for marketing purposes, so with sufficient guidance, I could see a small kid putting together a computer. |

Ya know guys in the end it's a work of fiction. No need to stress about the possibility of him building his own computer at age six. Just take it for what it is. Anyway as expected the pacing seems to have gotten considerably slower since no side stories will be aired this time and it's all straightforward storyline from here on out. I'm looking forward to seeing Yui again. If you've noticed in the OP she was in fairy Kiritos pocket. I'm guessing she became a pixie or something. Cute
Hmmm come to think of it his adoptive mother did say it was from junk parts. If we take that as old computer hardware then might have just put it together basing on watching how his mother worked.
